Outstanding service
From my first look on-line, to ordering first one (to try) and then 14 light fittings, followed by returning 2 (not needed) and having a refund, we have had nothing but great service. Would we use them again? Definitely. Would we recommend them to others? Definitely.

The website search engine didn't recognise the KSR code for the product but having been told by KSR wholesalers that you had stock I persisted to scroll through and found the product but for that would have given 5 stars. Prompt delivery.

What can I say !
The service provided by Electricalsupermarket was exemplary.
I placed my online order and later that same day I received curtesy phone call from them. This was just to confirm that my order has been received and was being processed. They also explained precisely when my item would next be in stock (only a couple of days) and assured me my items would be with me within 7 days.
A few days later I received yet another curtesy call to apologise for the delay, and that the item would be dispatched soon.
I received the item as promised within the week.
Excellent customer service and excellent quality product.
A truly reassuringly, pleasant purchasing experience. THANKYOU.
