DPD Next Day delivery for Order #ET6674680-616, but parcel has been stuck at DPD Appleton depot for 2 days with no delivery or support. Very disappointing experience.

I have used this company for quite some time and the service has always been superb. However, I have noticed with increasing concern that the Royal Mail 48 tracking service is taking longer and longer to deliver. My present order has been awaiting delivery now for 6 days and is not due until tomorrow. The alternative courier service, while a little quicker, is not that much better than Royal Mail. I have tried to email the supplier but the website would not let me send the email, just kept referring me back to FAQs. I used to get my orders within 2 working days, which was ideal, but not any more. I now have to find an alternative supplier who can offer a decent delivery service. Very sad because this present supplier is otherwise first rate.

From the moment you place an order, this company is absolutely superb. You get an email confirmation straight away, then a tracking reference before you’ve even had time to make a brew. They use Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is brilliant, no disrespect to any other courier, but Royal Mail Tracked 24 actually delivers, every time.

If you want your items quickly do not pay for next day or especially Saturday or Sunday delivery because it never arrives on time - in fact dpd delivers slower than the 48 hours royal mail free delivery option. Despite contacting them I never get refund of postage

Ordered 2 and thought I would buy 0% nicotine after I received the ecigs, Hoxton classic buy the way.
Couldn't find any zeros so contacted customer service to be told that they don't have zeros. I'm now stuck with 2 absolutely useless ecigs that haven't even been out of the box.

Tried to re-order, quantity wrong, price wrong, no telephone support AT ALL, Not ideal for those less familiar with online/computer ordering, I requested an agents help and told NO SUPPORT VIA PHONE.
IM NOW A FORMER CUSTOMER.
A lesson in customer relations is badly required.

Been using this company for over a year now. I have never had anything but a perfect experience. Have ordered devices and heated tobacco, always delivered extremely fast and free! Excellent service as always from Electric Tobacconist. Unfortunately, they are being let down by the companies delivering their products, namely, DPD, and, worst of all, Royal Mail.
Once again, delivery of my order is overdue. Received notification it would be delivered yesterday 17th, no it wasn’t. So, then expected it to be delivered today 18th, surprise surprise no delivery yet again!
This is not an isolated issue and is happening more & more.

I want to say how great these are for my use good value for money and good quality

One of the best places to purchase from by far, even with standard delivery I have made a purchase very late on a Friday night they ship it on Saturday at open hours and I receive my parcel on the Sunday. A+++++ seller.

I placed an order at 6pm with free delivery, and it somehow arrived the next morning. I don't know how they did that, but I'm choosing to interpret it as sorcery

Really rate these guys, fast dispatch and delivery and their customer service is great, they get straight back to you when you message them and are very helpful. I had a couple of bad vape pods and they refunded me straight away. Spot on!
