Elektra Smart Energy installed a Tesla Powerwall 3 along with solar panels at our property, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

The installation itself was flawless; well planned, tidy, and carried out to a very high standard. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew the equipment inside out. Everything was commissioned properly, and the system has worked perfectly since day one with no issues at all.

It’s refreshing to deal with an installer who delivers exactly what they promise. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Elektra Smart Energy to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage.

The team did a wonderful job of designing, planning and installing our solar panels, battery and inverter system. The design was tailored to our needs and the constraints of the location and great advice was given at all stages of the planning process. The organisation of the installation was first rate and the communication with us of what was happening at every stage was very good. Scaffolding Monday, delivery Tuesday and installation Wednesday and Thursday.
The roofing and electrical work was very professional, very neat and tidy. Special mention goes to Tom who not only did a brilliant job of the electrical installation but was a delight to deal with. Commissioning went smoothly and the few minor snags were quickly ironed out and now everything is working well.

Elektra Smart Energy recently installed a back up battery and a car charging point to my previously installed PV system. I first got a few quotes and Elektra were very competitive, However I selected them from a word of mouth recommendation from a previous satisfied customer, Electra have a good reputation. They took care of the planning procedure and dealt with all the necessary permits for me. The installation was carried out efficiently and neatly on schedule, cleaning up afterwards. The team were also very helpful afterwards installing the relevant useful apps. for me. Being a non-technical person this was a great help. I would not hesitate to recommend them 100% to you.

I researched businesses to install a solar array, batteries and inverter. A company who could undertake the plethora of paperwork to achieve our aims to utilise solar from an environmental perspective but also reduce our monthly energy costs.
I met Uri…
He visited and we came up with a plan, changed it quite a few times but had it installed alongside our existing FiT from a decade ago.
Along with the installation team, the solar panel installers, electricians and Mike at the office we’ve had great service. At the moment we’re still learning to maximise our income and each time I write and ask a question Uri is on the phone with an answer.
This isn’t an “install & run” business. They care, they want the customer to be happy and get a good experience. To my mind this is a business with a future and will be around when I need my next upgrade.
I’m now learning how to fine tune the settings and get the best return & still getting suggestions on how to maximise our income.

We were really impressed with Uri and his team who have recently installed a battery system at our house. The battery was installed in under a day and through off peak charging has reduced our winter electrical bills by over 65%.

We are now looking for Elektra to install solar panels in the coming months when we have planning permission to compliment the battery system.

Elektra installed a battery storage system at our offices to capture the excess energy produced by our solar system.

The entire team were friendly, professional, tidy and very knowledgeable. Elektra were in constant communication to keep us up to date and have provided after-sale care to answer any of our questions.

I had my Ratio Io5 electrical vehicle charger installed- not an easy project - 2 bed terrace house cable had to come from the kitchen cabinets (don't ask) through the extension, across the garden, around the detached garage, Elektra did it all in 5 hours and made a lovely tidy job of it- now enjoying limited Rapid charging only for long journeys. Life seems a little less complicated now! Thanks very much

Great experience from design to installation.
Elektra spent time understanding our energy requirements, looking at alternative options from solar panel configuration, inverter size and battery capacity to meet our energy requirements.
Options were provided with costs to ensure we could achieve a specific budget. The options also suggested an Eddi solution for hot water which was a great addition.
Uri and Mike went the extra mile to ensure that the installation was done in the best way possible for our property which had some specific challenges.
Uri and MIke ensured that the scaffolder, roofer and electricians all worked together to deliver a great solution in a timely manner.
When we had questions about the apps to manage our electrictiy we found Mike very responsive.
Three weeks after installation we have imported close to zero electricty from the grid and have been able to export a good amount.
