I just received (after 4 weeks) a jacket I ordered from Elvayn Fashions. Huge mistake on my part! The jacket is nothing like it is pictured in their advertisement. It does not fit well, it is badly made and looks cheap overall. They portray a lovely jacket that is not even close to the lumpy piece I received. I advise anyone not to order from this company, it is nothing but a scam. I learned the hard way unfortunately.

Wrong colour dress received. I waited weeks for my dress to arrive. I need it in black for an event with a dress code of black. I have received the dress in green, which I am unable to use. I live in the UK so it would be very difficult to return the dress. I have emailed to ask that they send the correct colour, as it was their mistake. They aren't replying to my emails.

It's a fraud company it is no use to buy an online things for this company they r not giving tracking for courier service not giving refund for deduction the amount which I had paid 249 rs and it's has been deducted from my account

Wrong zip up, took 2 months to receive the wrong item. Not returning money and their "VIP Customer Service and general customer service is AI and sucks.

I have just received a western shirt today. I am extremely disappointed at the cheap printed poor quality item that was sent to me . Does not match the pictures and therefore will be requiring a full refund as I cannot wear it. The items are misleading and surely there is a legal obligation for the company to deliver what they proclaim as quality goods

This is an advertising company promoting scams. On facebook they show an advert for a £1500 phone at £30. they have a fake phone number, fake address with a fake post code and I suspect fake email address as well.

I ordered three small shirts. What arrived were two shirts that I did not order because the ones I ordered were then out of stock. All three were cotton blend and are unbreathable fabrics. I don't know what the blend was but feels like rubber was blended. Sizing is completely off. I laid a small shirt over them and there are 4 in on either side of the small shirt in trying to return them. They're telling me it's going to take $40 to $50 to return them to China. Do not be fooled. This company is in China. They are not transparent about where their products are coming from. When I tried to address the issues with them, they tried to offer me $10 and the next time $12 to keep the items which I will never wear because they do not breathe. They are not natural fabrics. This company is a farce and you will regret ordering anything from them. Customer service a fail. Products A fail shipping time A fail don't order from this company

The photos on their website show embroidered western vintage shirts. The actual shirts are printed. The colours aren’t the same as the photos either.

I recently bought a shirt, which I believed to be cotton/linen. It wasn't, it was some sort of polyester (which I cannot wear), also the size is inadequate I ordered a large and according to the size chart should have fitted me, it doesn't even cover one arm. Absolutely terrible.

Ordered a shirt described as "cotton linen mix", when it came is was cheap viscose. The "embroidery" was just printed on.
Very cheap and nasty.

If I could give it ZERO, I would! This is cheap crap made in CHINA. NOTHING is emborderied ir made in the USA as advertised. The 250th USMC hat is a disgrace!

I ordered an embroidered commemorative US Navy ball cap and 2 Navy tribute coins. Neither the cap nor the coins were "as described" on Elewens' website.
The cap was of poor quality and had NO embroidery. The coins were cheap looking and had neither relief nor enamel.
Elewens claimed the cap was "made entirely in the U.S.", but, oddly, was shipped from China.
I'm demanding a refund on this junk. I will never purchase from them again!

DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!! I really wished I had read reviews first before buying! They strung me a long with shipping taking over a month and then claimed my package was delivered. I called my post office and they said package was in another name and address and they told me I'd been scammed..,.that that's a way these companies are scamming now...by collecting my 74.00$ and not sending merchandise but making it seem like they did. The tracking info they gave me had my items sent through Europe but the tracking number says it was originally sent through Atlanta GA One of the shirts was a surprise for my baby girl. I'm really distraught over this. Just called my bank and reported the scam. How can this company stay in business cheating people this way!? Very sad and disgusting!!

Terrible company with terrible service. They will take 10 weeks to send you the wrong product with no invoice and then offer you $4 USD to make it right. Horrible!

It took a month for my order to come. That would’ve been okay, except when it finally came, it was the wrong thing. I’d ordered a mermaid western shirt and a cat tee shirt and what arrived was a scorpion shirt. Right size at least, but I loathe scorpions! Very very disappointing.

Definitely check shipping times tho, cuz waiting two weeks was kinda drag. Dresss fabric feels comfy and breathable, fits loose and relaxed, totally my kinda style. Waited two weeks to finally receive it but Im actually pretty happy now. Color is spot-on and quality seems decent.

Ordered at a great bargain and received within two weeks in decent packaging. Fabric feels comfortable and airy, stitching seems durable enough for casual wear. Would appreciate faster shipping and stronger packaging, but overall satisfied considering the low price.

I ordered two dresses. When I received them, only one of the two was correct. The vendor REFUSED to make it right by either sending me the dress I purchased or by refunding the dress. They literally would not give me the opportunity to ship the incorrect dress back because "the shipping would cost more than the purchase." After several exchanges they refused to even acknowledge that they were responsible for the mistake and were refusing to make it right. I was offered $3, $5, $7, and finally only $10 in compensation and claimed it would come out of the customer service rep's wage. I bought the dress on sale for $36. Quality is nothing to be excited about.

I ordered a dress. What arrived looked like a cheap imitation of what I had seen online. It was poor quality and it didn’t fit. I contacted customer service to return the item and request a return/refund. I paid $50 for a dress. The agent offered me $3. After going back and forth the most they’ll offer me is $10. Now they won’t respond to my messages.
