Refills are really watery and smell way off the original they’re trying to dupe. They must have fake reviews or these people have very poor olfactory senses. Disappointed

If someone is saying this is the same as the genuine they must be paid for the review or just simply didn't ever have the genuine product. It is fine but sorry it is not even close to the original and also leaves this weird artificial smell on hands. Not recommend. If you can't afford a genuine one just do not overpay for this cause it is still super expensive comparing to nice soap from your local organic shop

Don’t trust the hype- the soap is fine/nice. But it doesn’t come close to the brands it’s trying to copy… I’ve actually been pretty disappointed as at its price point I’d expect better. It’s fine, it’s hand soap, it’s not bad but it is no where close to Aesop. If you like lush brands, I’d just fork out the money as otherwise you’ll likely be like me wondering why you bought this and how you got influenced.

The fragrances of the candles are so close to the originals. However the fragrance is too weak. Add way more fragrance and I would happily pay more.

I refill my countertop cream bottles in my guest bathrooms and feel like I've found a life hack.

Doesn't smell like aesop, which is what they sell it as. Just smells of mandarin. Could be a v cheap supermarket shop bought product

Used the hand wash, found it very sticky and difficult to wash off, it was also very foamy and not easy to rinse down the sink and will leave a stain if left there.

Smell wasn’t bad but not worth the price.

Big fan of the recyclable element, and love the reduced price point. However the pumice stone hand wash does not pack a punch compared to Aesop, it is similar but it’s a lot less strong and doesn’t linger on you like Aesop does.

I love the soap and body wash and have re-ordered them probably about 10 times now. Have only had an issue once (burst container) and Element sent me a replacement. Wonderful scents and texture, great price—I'll continue to be a repeat customer.

They made good soaps and products. Their prices are solid for the product they sell. Everyone that uses the soap in my house loves it. Would recommend!

Always satisfied with the product itself and the shipping! Smells exactly like the Aesop hand wash and I love the sustainability it offers to just refill the bottles.

Great products, use them to refill Aesop hand soap and creams at my Airbnb properties and guests love it.

Definitely not dupes and won’t re-buy. I bought a candle and hand soap - the candle smells alright (though nothing alike) and the hand soap just smells like dove liquid.
