Excellent product range, sales team that are knowledgeable and understands the clients requirements and excellent customer service.

Nothing else came close with regards to quality, the length of guarantee and even other stockists of the brand didn’t beat them on price and speed of delivery. We were impressed with the product knowledge that the manager had. He was helpful and informative but not pushy and went out of his way to help us. We got a clear idea about what we wanted but wanted to look around to be sure - should have saved our time. Great experience and great furniture too!

Like other people I have bought garden furniture and sent it back however Elements of Bishop Stortford is one of the few quality dedicated places that you can deal with to get genuine quality of the highest standard. Today I had my outdoor corner lounge all weather furniture delivered it probably was the easiest and most professional item I’ve ever had delivered. It was unpacked set up in several different ways to show me my options and didn’t leave until I was satisfied. I can’t thank Russell enough for his honesty and superior knowledge in this field. Wayne, who set the furniture up in place was excellent. He could not do enough to please. I had a thoroughly good experience unlike what we had at maze..

PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS before buying, it’s clear which ones are fake and real, I just wish that I had of done before buying. I had the same negative experience to the majority of the real ones, take the time to read them and you’ll see that they’re all pretty much the same. This guy will do anything for a sale, follows you around the store like a leach, steering you away from the hidden damaged items, and then swap the good stuff for the damaged on delivery and hope that you won’t notice, that’s why he’ll wrap it up with black shrink wrap to ‘protect it during transport’, and then quickly leave ‘to get to another job’ before you have chance to check it. Arthur Daily meets Del Boy, he’ll lie to your face, take your money and sell you shitty, damaged stock and say, ‘it was in the sale’, ‘it was ex-display, you should have checked the damaged chairs that I hid at the back of the display so that you can’t see them’, ‘I’ll tell you what, give me an extra £600 and I’ll give you some good chairs as a gesture of good will’ , it’s clear to see why he keeps folding the company. There is sooooooo much that I could go into, so please feel free to get in contact if you’re even thinking about spending £1,000’s with this absolute crook, if you’re a local competitor, give me a shout, I’ll give you a full run down of how this absolute turd operates. Great advice and professional friendly service. In a word our experience with Elements Home and Garden has been faultless, so much choice and a prompt delivery by experienced staff. We bought a table, 6 chairs and parasol, all top of the range in design, quality and value which has fully reached our expectations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elements Home and Garden and their knowledgeable helpful staff.

Ordered a pergola and was scheduled to be installed on 16th Aug. Tried to contact them multiple times via phone and email and was extremely hard to get hold of anyone! On the installation day we were told they didn't have the stock and wanted to offer us something else. Again, since then it has been really hard to get in touch with them and we still haven't received the product we paid £6999 for! We are considering contacting our credit card company to chase back the money now as our last resort! The service is unacceptable!

We ordered a set of garden furniture at the start of July and delivery was in August but an item was missing from the van.

We have repeatedly chased by email (no reply) and by phone (always voicemail and no-one calls you back).

Now coming up to 2 months after placing the order we have no idea when or if the item will be delivered.

We also ordered some teak protection products and we have no idea when they will arrive either.

With the Bluewater shop shutting does this mean they are going out of business?

A little communication would go a long way, but do not expect it from this company.

Post script; 2 hours after posting the above we had a call (coincidence?) and goods are promised for delivery in 1 week. We shall see.

Surprise surprise, no delivery on promised day, no contact and impossible to get hold of.

Depressing having taken another day off waiting for items to arrive.

Goods delivered 20 September. Hooray. Teak Care products added too (thanks) . Finally done.

Ordered a table and chairs in the spring. On entering the shop the first thing we were told was that the product range had been "refocussed on high end" (i.e. we are expensive). However, we found a table and chairs we liked which all staff told us were able to be left outside all year round with no maintenance. The brand is 4 Seasons Outdoors (4SO).

Products were delivered as agreed however the wrong lazy susan was provided. We advised the shop who said it would be replaced by the end of the month which ended up being the following month, this only after several calls chasing up a delivery date.

Within 2 weeks of delivery the wood on the garden table had cracked with the surface layer appearing to 'peel' off. We visited the shop and showed them a picture. They agreed this should not happen and confirmed the supplier would send a replacement. We are now almost 3 months after initial reporting of the incident and we have heard nothing.

Finally despite shop staff repeatedly told us the table and chairs can be left out in all weathers and don't require protecting. The advice on documentation from the supplier clearly states chair cushions should be stored away when not in use and that various treatments should be applied to protect wooden elements. This is a complete contradiction to the advice given in store. So in effect we have been mis-sold.

After leaving the above review the owner called the same day to apologise for the poor service and promised to resolve the matter. A replacement table top is now due to be delivered.

I have updated my rating as the Company has made efforts to rectify the situation, however, it is sad it has taken a negative review here to make that happen.

I am asking for a refund.

Due to repeated cancellations of delivery and installation of the product, we fear that the company is unable to fulfill the obligations they have received the money for. We therefore will initiate the process of claiming the money back from our credit card company. This is our only legal protection.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of making several purchases from Elements Home and Garden in Bishops Stortford. Their products consistently exceed our expectations in terms of quality and design. Recently, I encountered an issue with a table top and their prompt resolution showed their strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Elements Home and Garden to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space, knowing they can trust a company committed to excellent service.

Roland at the Bishops Stortford store was incredibly knowledgable about all the different brands and helped us choose our new garden furniture. Once our garden had been landscaped we received an excellent white glove service and are incredibly pleased with our purchase. Money well spent. Would recommend this store for the vast selection and quality of garden furniture as well as Roland’s knowledge. Recommended!!

My experience with Bishop Stortford showroom was fantastic! I knew what I wanted in my mind but didn't know where to start. With Russel's expertise, I got the right garden furniture and advise. The entire process was professional, I was updated on every process by the office, I also got my delivery as promised/agreed. The delivery team were amazing!!! no fuss, they took the waste away as well.

In addition, the brand I got was cheaper in the showroom than on the actual manufacturers website, the furniture was assembled at no extra cost and assurance was given that if there are any issues they will rectify.

We will definitely be going back in the future.

I recently had an amazing experience with this showroom in Bishop Stortford ! I purchased new furniture three weeks ago, and the entire process has been fantastic. The delivery driver was very lovely and professional. The customer service team kept me in the loop throughout the process, ensuring I was always informed and satisfied.

Elements are a family business who are honest but lack some customer services skills, they have returned my money for items that were not available. I hope they can get their house in order soon as they work hard to progress their brand in a very difficult marketplace.

The garden furniture set that we ordered was ex demo and it is in great condition.
It was delivered when they said they were going to deliver it and due to the length of the table it wasn’t easy to get into position but the couple who delivered it were both lovely and really helpful. Highly recommend

I am still waiting for the delivery of the item I ordered and paid for on 15th February. I have received no communication re despatch etc.

We purchased at 6pm in the evening in store and our item was delivered by 2pm the next day .
