The customer support on this platform is the best I have ever experienced. Professional and very communicative. I had some issues getting setup because my computer was outdated and their tech support handled most of the work and transferred my domain for me as well as helped me with numerous questions. I highly recommend them.

Moved 2 of my sites over to Elements Hosting from a "Big Daddy" hosting company, and not only am I saving quite a bit of money, they also have the best customer server I have ever encountered - fast, friendly and patient. As a RapidWeaver user since 2008, I can highly recommend Elements Hosting if you are using RW Elements or Classic.

Truly exception customer support! I transferred two websites and hosting to Elements and every step of the way, I needed help. The team at Elements not on responded to every single request I made, they helped make the process as seamless as possible. So grateful for this service.

Daniel in customer support is fantastic at helping migration. With Elements and Elements Platform, I feel like I have hit the lottery.

Support was extremely helpful with purchasing the domain name and having everything set up. They were also helpful with adding the MX records so I could redirect to the mail server of my choice. They are also extremely responsive, usually addressing issues in a few hours.

Easy to setup with the help of the Elements Hosting staff. They were (at setup) and since are very helpful in answering questions that tend to creep up. I've only had a couple of questions come up that were quickly answered.

Fantastic assistance by Dan E. I could never have moved my hosting from Chillidog/Exact to Elements Hosting without his help. I had several domains each with different requirements including databases and shopping, inventory and payment programs. Hours of work on his side, patient audio zoom calls and site testing and tweaking all with a knowledgeable and helpful agent. While I am an advanced beginner, I have no coding or backend knowledge but, most importantly throughout the three days (yes, three days of converting), Dan E was never patronizing. My sites have been transferred, the structure of the dashboard easy to follow, my store up and running and Dan has made me wonder why it took me so long to switch. If there were a way to thank him with a coffee or breakfast I would. I am very pleased with the Elements Platform.

Love that the Elements Hosting platform works so well with the Elements software. Also, because they are the same team they can make changes on the site for you to fix any issues.
