As far as I know it was used for the marketing portion of the sale.
I am sure it's great, but I left an indifferent score because I didn't handle it. The real-estate worked it out.
If I had have payed it early, it would have been cheaper interest, but I wasn't notified of that until it had gone over the cutoff time.

Easy process for finance only negative…
Easy process for finance only negative for me was did not receive a reminder that the payment was due by a certain date. Only received correspondence when the payment was overdue. I think a reminder 1 week prior to due date would have been helpful. John
