Two things
Two things: first, I completed my intake forms, scheduled & paid for the appointment on Friday, got my approval letter only to be informed that I would need to get a new drivers license because mine expires October 21st. With the holiday Monday, that pushed everything to Tuesday. No one could’ve told me that when completing the forms?
Second, I paid an additional $40 for you to handle my intake forms with Arkansas, but I still had to pay the state $50. I will never recommend this $40 add-on service to anyone. It’s a waste of money. I’ve done it myself the last 4 years and I’ll go back to that instead of wasting money on this service.
My response to your response:
I understand the requirements to have a valid license. I was unaware that it would not only have to be valid, but also not fall within a certain timeframe of expiring.
Can you tell me what the $40 add on service includes?

An updated driver's license is necessary for Arkansas to approve your application, and the $50 state fee is separate from our Full Service fee and must be paid directly to the state. We appreciate your experience and will keep it in mind as we look for ways to make the process smoother for our patients.
