Convenient and enjoyable vaping
I put down the cigs last year and have been ordering my vapes from the elfbar.co.uk website for months.
Website is easy to navigate. The points you can collect turn into cash off your next order. Delivery is swift and I would recommend them without hesitation. I buy the refilled pods (600) as my Daughter recommended them. No problems at all. Happy New Year to all the staff!

Below average
Lately, more and more of the pods I receive are faulty, which means I end up wasting quite a few of them. I also regularly pay for next day delivery, yet my current order is now five days late with no update. On top of that, stock doesn’t seem to be replenished frequently enough - the pods I normally buy are almost always out of stock. Overall, the quality and reliability just aren’t what they used to be.

Elfbar Dual 10k/Elfbar 4 in 1 Ultra50k
I am reviewing an Elfbar product, not their online shop. I recently bought the Elfbar 10k as part of the 4 in 1 Ultra50 through Vape Club at a very reasonable price of £13.99, including the device along with two refill pods. All was well with my first pod, which was Pineapple Ice/Mango flavour, however upon switching to the other pod (Lemon Lime/Kiwi Passionfruit Guava) i had a leakage, which not lost me there majority of the vape juice. Vape Club kindly replace the pod for free, however then, due to the leakage from the corrupted refill previously, the device stopped working on one side. Vape Club once again came through, replacing not only the refill but the device itself, which was greatly appreciated. HOWEVER...having used two further refills now I am having issues with the NEW device when trying to switch from one flavour to the other. The switch flicks from left to right to change from one flavour to another, and is supposed to switch to the middle in order to swap out old to new refills, but I am having difficulty getting it to switch to the right, and it's very difficult getting it placed exactly in the middle also. I don't think a switch of this type is the best design for a dual flavour vape; I've seen another which switches flavours by turning the mouthpiece but cannot comment on the effectiveness of that product as I am totally new to vaping, the Elfbar Dual 10k has been my first experience. Flavour wise, with the Elfbar Dual 10k you are restricted to two flavours per refill, though there is an interesting range. From the flavours I have tried so far some are better than others, my favourites being Strawberry Ice/Strawberry Kiwi and Raspberry Mojito/Cherry Raspberry Lime (absolutely 10/10 for me on the latter), though the other two I have tried the Apple Pear/Kiwi Passionfruit Guava was not so flavourful and the Strawberry Raspberry Cherry Ice/Strawberry Banana Dragonfruit tested quite perfume-y. Overall I would say 2/10 for ease of use/functionality and 3/10 for flavour. I think I will be purchasing a manually refillable single flavour device to replace this so I (hopefully!!) have no further issues and have access to a much wider variety of flavour options.
