I ordered the buy 2 get 1 deal and only 2 came at first, so I was a bit like hmm okay… but I emailed them and they responded quickly and sorted it straight away. They sent the missing one out the next day and I got it within 2 days, which I really appreciated.

The lip balms are sooo cute, smell amazing and feel really nice on the lips. I’m actually glad I got all 3 now 😭

Mistakes happen, but good customer service is everything and they handled it properly. I’d definitely order again 💕

Spend nearly £60 for a very very bad quality make up... I was expecting something better. Foundation is not covering the skin properly, it looks super bad. Primer makes my skin look so dry and flaky... not even talking about the rest of the products that I bought...

I bought a Cream Glide Lip Liner in Cinnematic. Not a bad colour, but the pencil itself is rubbish. It's not creamy and doesn't glide at all, but the main problem is trying to sharpen it. It's impossible - the wood just splinters and the crayon breaks off. I have lost about half of the pencil in one attempt at sharpening. What are you supposed to do? I realise it's not expensive but I resent just throwing money away like this.

I love ELF products but their customer service is non-existent. I placed a direct order as one of the items was not available either in Superdrug or Boots, not on Superdrug"s online facility. It was a gift. I had a message saying it had been sent to Royal Mail on 10 December. After that, nothing. Emails are met either with silence or an automated reply that makes no sense. There is no telephone number in the UK. I am going to have to start a recharge process with my credit card. While I want to continue to use their products, any future order will be via Superdrug.

Love this halo glow product!!! The halo glow is a dupe for the Charlotte tilbury glow formula, but I’d say even better! Reccomend entirely

Have bought lots of products from Elf in the past and have always been happy. Treated myself to a new makeup brush and it is appalling. Sharp, prickly bristles that don't distribute makeup properly and have cause irritation to my skin after only a couple of uses. I contacted them to raise the issue and request a return. They refused as they have a no returns policy, which is actually in breach of the distance selling regulations. I intend to pursue a return and refund via PayPal and won't be buying Elf products again.

Bought some Elf concealer, very disappointed that it didn't cover my black eye.

I like that the company does not test on animals and is affordable which is why i buy from this company, but the quality could be imrpoved, i bought a brown eyeliner that is virtually red and a bronzer that was literally impossible to open, is a real shame as it puts me of buying from them going forward

I love elf cosmetics! Perfect balance for my skin and keeps me feeling fresh and glowy all day. I especially recommend the power grip primer! It’s perfect and keeps the make up locked in even on really hot days plus they do not test on animals! 🐇

I have decided to eliminate products that use talc and when I found out that elf are talc free now (a brand I recognised and have used before), I was really happy. The products are affordable and I ordered via the website. No problems with delivery and the website was easy to use.

As I’ve mentioned, I’m staying away from talc and 1 out of the 3 eyeshadow palettes I ordered must have been an old version as it did contain talc (had a different case and none of the same statements they now have about being “clean”).

I contacting them explaining this and was asking if I could return the product and get a replacement and they responded very quickly giving me a refund for the palette.

Lovely products and great customer service. Will be using them going forward.

I liked some of the stuff from the brand but cannot recommend ordering from them directly at all. several times they shipped out orders with half of the stuff missing (most of the time it was exactly the product why i ordered in the first place) since they are too incompetent to update their stock or whatever. they also wont notify you that some items are cancelled. No offer to wait until order is complete, nor they give you the option to cancel the order yourself, nothing. i wont order there again, im done. girls and boys just order from somewhere else or go to a local shop.

I have used ELF products before and have been pleased with their quality and value.
I purchased Relove Super Serum, F85, hoping to find a good light foundation similar to a more expensive product I have been using. It was supposed to be beige and went on looking like cold cream...white, thick and it would not blend. Since it isn't suitable as a foundation, I tried using it as a concealer... didn't work...wasted money. I am going back to my original, more expensive product.

Most of their products that I’ve used are great and affordable. They provide great coverage and pigment, though their setting sprays could hold onto your makeup more. Other than that it is great makeup products!!

Elfcosmetics... As far as I know, the "elf" in the brand name stands for "Eyes, Lips, Face."
Another brand also has the word "elf" in its name — but in that case, it's absolutely clear what kind of product it is. And it's definitely not cosmetics!
This brand has been around for a few years, originally from the Netherlands, and it makes jewelry (which is also obvious from the name). Anyone who has spent time in the Netherlands knows there's a strong connection to mythical creatures and the like. And that's exactly what this jewelry reflects.**

**So why on earth is E.l.f. Cosmetics suddenly suing such a small brand? Your "elf" stands for something completely different, and that's clearly indicated by the dots in your name! I find it outrageous that you're taking this step. As a huge company, this smaller brand is absolutely no competition to you!
I used to want to buy products from e.l.f. Cosmetics — but not anymore. That’s over now.

You - e.l.f. Cosmetics - can know about this review. It´s not okay. How someone can think that "e.l.f. Cosmetics" and "Elfbeads" could have something somewhere in the universe to do together?

Love there products used them for a few years now.
I recently purchased a foundation and the wrong colour arrived so i emailed them and they replied within 15 minutes and had issued a refund!
So polite and helpful, they have the best customer service, well done E.L.F x

Ottima esperienza con Elf, ho fatto un ordine da 35€ e non avevo selezionato gli omaggi. Ho contattato l’assistenza che è stata gentilissima e in via eccezionale mi ha spedito gli omaggi a parte. I tempi di spedizione sono un po’ lunghi ma ne vale la pena perché i prodotti sono ottimi.

Customer service was very quick and efficient when it came to sending me a replacement for an incorrect product I was sent instead of what I ordered. They asked me if I wanted a replacement or a refund, which was so kind of them. Thank you :)

Made a multi-item order recently which was missing one item. I emailed customer services as soon as the parcel was delivered and recieved a response two hours later. They sent out the missing item straight away and it was delivered the next morning! Great service, will definitely be making another order soon
