eLing Gmbh Avis 3

Very disappointing experience with eLing GmbH.

I paid for their German VAT/tax registration service for my Amazon seller business over 3 months ago. After payment, communication completely stopped. I sent multiple follow-up emails requesting updates and asking about the status of my application, but received no response.

What concerns me most is the complete lack of transparency:

no proper status updates,
no submission confirmation,
no reference/case number,
and no proof that the filing was ever submitted.

I understand that German tax registrations can take time, but professional communication should still be expected, especially after 12+ weeks.

At this point I feel ignored as a customer. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure they receive clear confirmation and ongoing communication before relying on this service.

The lack of communication is delaying my business operations. I simply need a clear update on the status of my application.

If there is still no response, I will have to consider requesting a refund and taking further action.
