i’m not happy at all , i have emailed messaged and called but all to no avail. I wanted a box of ten different flavours not all one flavour. I was told this was possible but when it arrived it was only one flavour.

if I could give this no stars I would the customer service is very poor my whole order was wrong and I ordered next day deliver it came later than that and he never gave me my refund.i am now stuck with liquid flavours I do not like and paired £40 for the whole order in total and now cannot use any would not recommend at all

Placed an order of £54.97 on the 1st April, paid for Royal Mail tracked 24hr. I’m still awaiting any information of it being posted. I have emailed, whatsapped, used the customer service thing and tried phoning the shop to no avail.

Always used them and have been a loyal customer for a couple of years! This has never happened before. The money was taken, if you don’t have the goods just refund me please. Order #195418

You still haven't sent me my order #193897 paid for on 06/02/2026 despite saying you were getting through back orders. I also received an email saying there was something on its way as an apology but nothing has turned up. Shocking customer service and terrible communication, you wont answer the phone and emails keep bouncing back. What sort of people are you!

Rubbish ordered from them never got my items

Time to write another review. The first actually got a response from them. They sent me 'something' through the post which was of no use so completely unacceptable. If they can send 'something' why can't they send the original order? I have requested either the original order but primarily the refund. No sign of either. My original order was placed on the 10/1/26. I will look at opening a bank dispute that others on here have suggested. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. FROM A ONCE LOYAL CUSTOMER. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. Order #193007

I've ordered from here quite a few times now and if they don't have in stock what I ask for the always phone and offer you alternatives. Always arrive in a few days and always great products.

Awful company. I was a loyal customer for probably years. I placed an order and they responded saying they were having problems with their payments and packages would be delayed which is understandable. They have ignored my emails for months now and I haven’t received my order or a refund. Do not order from them ever they will take your money. Scamming company.

Do not use for the first few orders they were ok just “forgetting” items alot this got annoying and took long to solve then i ordered 3 more times all of it took weeks to arrive and none of it was correct i ordered a 10 pack of just 5 weeks ago still nothing resolved or received

I placed an order for vapes on 13th February that cost me £60+. They did not arrive and they kept ignoring my calls and messages until I took it through a bank dispute. They replied to my texts shortly after asking if I wanted different vapes, I said no because that is not what I ordered. On the 27th march E liquid said they will refund me within 3-5 working days and I am yet waiting for my refund, it is ridiculous how they are scam artists. Avoid this place for your vapes at all cost because I am still waiting for my refund. Order number 194076
