Took My Money, No Product, No Refund After 2 Months

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I placed Order #193950 on 9 February and paid £35.76. The money was successfully deducted from my account immediately. However, I never received the products.
For nearly 2 months, I kept following up. Each time, I was given the same excuse about “payment provider issues.” Despite taking my money, they failed to dispatch the order.
Now they have cancelled the order claiming the payment was “declined,” which is completely false. If the payment was declined, how was the money taken from my account?
They are now saying a refund has been processed, but no refund has been received, and they cannot provide any proper proof or transaction reference.
This is completely unacceptable:
No product delivered
No refund received
Constant delays and excuses
It feels like they are simply holding customer money without resolution.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Based on my experience, you risk losing both your money and your time.

This company builds your trust first then let's you down by robbing you off and not delivering your items and not giving a refund either. I was a good customer to them. They owe me £54.99. Be careful with this company.

Historically a good service has been provided, however a recent issue with their payment system resulted in my order not being processed, with no timeline as to when the issue could be rectified, after sending many chasing emails I finally received a response after a month saying my order had been cancelled and I had been sent a refund. A further 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund. I will never be using this company again and strongly advise against anyone else. I have now reported the issue to trading standards for investigation.

I have put feed back on trust pilot previously but these jokers seem to want further feedback so here we go. Worst company that I had the misfortune of ordering from. Avoid like the plague. There are so many better more reliable companies out there. They don't answer emails or calls. They eventually refund you. Don't waste your time go elsewhere

I just feel that I have been scammed with my money taken and not getting my order. It's been 2 months now. Had enough emailing them and not getting much from them.

Placed my order 7 weeks ago. Nothing has been delivered, been promised a refund numerous times only to follow up each time and be told issues with payment provider are holding up the refund (whilst in between being told payment provider issues are resolved and I should place another order!)

All the while they continue sending promo emails to customers encouraging them to place orders when they can’t serve their existing customers.

Did already leave a review at the time but the company have now emailed me twice asking me to leave a TrustPilot review - so here it is as requested.

They took my money and never it back and never delivered my package. Stopped ordering then got promised a refund..never did.

Ordered 2nd of February and still not received my items. Have requested a refund and have not received this either Tony keeps fobbing me off saying something to do with payment system is down but I don't believe him for one second. Steer clear of this company they are a fraud.

Placed an order back in February, a month after not receiving anything I got in contact and was told it would be looked into, after chasing them up eventually two weeks later was told there was an issue with their bank. Since then I have received an email to say my order has been cancelled but still no refund!

A sham of a company, do not order from these.

Still not received my order from 28th January.

Not even replying now. Won’t refund either.

Very disappointed in this!

I placed an order of vape liquids and nicotine salt shots. 20 of the nicotine salt shots to be precise. It wasn’t a few pound order. I received 1 of the actual Nic salt shots I had ordered with my delivery. The other 19 were normal nicotine shots which I can’t use as they kill my throat. After emails back and forward I expected a refund or asked to send them back and get the ones I actually ordered sent out free of charge as a good will gesture or something. However no nothing from this company and I have 19 bottles of unused nicotine shots sitting in a cupboard. Very poor service to have got the order completely wrong in the first place. But shocking they have not even attempted to get back to me to rectify the situation
