Ordered my new vape on a Sunday night and was delivered to me in cork by Thursday. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was no tracking no. given with the confirmation email. I had to ring them up to confirm it was on its way... the reviews arnt great for them so I was starting to think I was scammed😬. Thankfully I wasn't and I'm delighted to report a positive review. Will order from them again in the future.

Have to contact my bank to get my money back.

Took a week to arrive and only received 12 out of the 14 vapes I’ve paid for. Would shop somewhere else.

Took nearly a week for the stuff to arrive wasn't dispatched same day. Got the wrong coils and vape. Also the vape was discolored which means it's been sitting around for months/years. They dont answer their phone numbers or email. And their website doesnt even state when things are shipped. Wont be buying from them again

This is a fraudulent website , do not under any circumstances buy from them unfortunately it cost me 20 euro to find this out .placed order 6weeks ago and have not received goods and no way can I contact them Andy

Ordered from website, then read reviews. Delighted with service. Received exactly what I ordered.. perfect easy transaction 👍

Company sent wrong product and would not answer my emails and basically told me I was wrong. Absolutely no recourse.

I am using them over 8 years and never had any issues.

I ordered from this company worst service you can ever get 1 week later and still did not recieve any goods
Be careful they changed their company name and still do the same to customers they should be closed down I had to phone my bank and report the issue to get my money back from them

DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
I ordered for 9 liquids, 3 of coffee, 3 tobacco and 3 black current all "Liqua" brand. I received 3 tobacco and 5 black current from Liqua and then ONE coffee flavor from a company I've never heard of. I emailed customer service and radio silence. Trust me, you won't get what you ordered and you'll have no way contact anyone to rectify it. Never again.

Ordered and paid for items and got confirmation to say order shipped but never received items. No reply to emails and when I rang I got told they would call me back. Sent a text and was told they where not in office then I received a email saying they have refunded me. Will wait and see if they do refund

This is the 2nd time I have placed an order and same issues. They dont dispatch when they say they do I am waiting 5 days for delivery! No reply or confirmation email that my order has been sent. My previous order arrived missing items and dont bother contacting the customer service. They seem to be asleep at their job.

Ordered a 15 pack which on the invoice was a QTY 1x ...15 bottles (10ml)

A week later after no reply I received 1x 10ml (14 missing)

The 10ml was badly discolored and the manufacturing date appears to have been rubbed off the base. VV colour is dark brown, it should be clear.

Also bought 1x 50ml 0mg which has no manufacturing date.

Can't get a response. Will have to open a credit card dispute.

I have made an order 2 weeks ago and it didn't arrive ! Emailing them doesn't work since they won't reply !

I ordered off them Friday the 2nd of April, known that it was the bank holiday weekend I wasn’t too fussed about my order been delayed but it now been a full week and I haven’t heard anything about my order. Also after sending 3 emails and heard nothing back

Ordered a few days ago, confirmed immediately, still hasn't shipped. Poor service.

Edit: the order arrived after, there order page just never updates to show shipped or completed or anything, but the order still arrived okay.
