No contact, no reply to emails, no order.

Reported to fraud team and raised chargeback!

Only because I can’t give zero stars. It is a scam. The 5 star reviews are fakes. Don’t hand over a penny! My order was accompanied by an email that said delivery would be 3 weeks. Nothing arrived. Phone numbers are unrecognised and they don’t reply to emails.

Money taken from account by BARRIER SHOP UK LTD, based in Enfield, London.
No goods received.
No response to email.
No response from any phone number on the site.

Ordered an expensive rowing machine. Initial concerns raised when the reference on banking statement was to a different company (barrier shop UK Lt). Registered address is also different on the company's registration form (Cardiff vs. Website Birmingham vs. Banking company London).
After the initial confirmation of order there has been no communication including all my attempts to reach out to them. Order is still processing after weeks. Phone number is not recognised. I fear the money is now lost. I can't believe nothing has been to arrest whoever is in charge of this company. How much money they have stolen must be off the charts by now.

Wrote a review a week ago saying goods not received and no reply to chat or emails. Contacted my Mastercard credit card company who have now refunded the amount I paid as they have received no response from the company, which indicates it is a scam website!

SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER! DO NOT BUY! STAY AWAY ITS A FRAUD!!!!!

Ordered goods two weeks ago for 'same day dispatch' and haven't heard anything from this company since.

Red Flag1: The credit card was charged by a different company, which was only incorporated in March 2024

Red Flag 2: Elite Gym Store Limited has no directors or address on companies' house

Red Flag 3: Neither phone number on the website is working, and emails have not been responded to

At this point, I'm pretty sure this is a fraudulent website and I've initiated a charge back

Scammers who do not send goods or reply to emails/phone calls. Do not order from them or you will very likely have to go through your bank/Trading Standards/Citizens Advice to try to get a refund

Had to create a fraud dispute through my bank as this company neither sent items or replied to any emails or phone calls. Will also contact Trading Standards so that others don't get scammed in future. If they are in fact a legit company they have no idea on how to run a business.

Scam company - AVOID!
Does not deliver - when you track it says “processing”

Scam company, you will never receive the products or any refund. So sad for no one reply neither order tracking or refund request. Very worse experience I ever had. please not to pay any more money

SCAM!!

I ordered a treadmill for £505.99 on 15th February, got an email and delivery details straight away so thought it looked fine, it didn’t arrive so I used the chat to speak to ‘Danielle Gregory’ who said there was an issue but it would be with me next day …. Surprise surprise no delivery. Then never got any response from live chat, emails and the phone number doesn’t work. Had to raise a dispute with the bank however unfortunately I didn’t use a credit card I used Monzo and still waiting on my claim, I have contacted financial ombudsman and trading standards.

I placed an order on 9th May and after 2 weeks i still have not received. The Company is not replying to emails, live chat or facebook messages. It was just a pair of dumbbells but I regret I gave not read the reviews before. Will claim back via bank directly.

Scam website. Placed an order on the 1st May and still nothing yet. No contact, nothing at all from them.

I got sucked in by this shower of charlatans - I will find them though and show up at their home - claim also initiated via my bank to get refunded

The company who took my payment and as it appears on my stamement is barrier shop Uk Ltd and it has a sole director Millar Hegarty, Lucy Jeanette - address registered as 17 charter avenue, ilford IG2 7AB - can’t find any contact details - if anyone has any please post it here - I will be travelling down to that address and won’t leave until this rat provides me with what I am owed

Scam website, took my money and won’t respond to emails a month later. Do not give them your money!

I never received my item and after few days someone made shopping on my card. Check your cards for unauthorized payments!!!
