Could not provide service yet charged me anyways

I was charged for a full month of service even though this company's Go High Level account is being shut down within 15 days. That means they're unable to even provide a full month of service -- yet still refused to issue a refund. I've emailed twice requesting a refund and received no proper resolution. They just say, terms and conditions. If you're considering working with them, be cautious. Charging customers for a service you know you can't deliver is unacceptable.

Lies, False Advertising and extortion

I signed up with Elite Marketing Authority (EMA) after seeing their ad for a $97/month Go HighLevel plan that clearly promised the ability to run my own AI agency, with full white-label branding, agency control, and premium tools like Synthflow, Uphex, and Closebot. Great deal it seemed. The ad stated I’d be able to represent the platform as my own. That was the primary reason I signed up and transferred several client sub-accounts, paying extra usage fees.

But after transferring, I discovered that I had no agency dashboard, no white-label control, and no way to remove EMA’s branding. The domain, the support chat, and the learning center all clearly referenced Elite Marketing Authority—I couldn’t brand the platform as my own at all, making the core promise of the offer completely false.

When I raised this with EMA, they brushed it off, saying there are “levels of white labeling” and that this was explained in their terms. But the advertising promised white-label capabilities and agency ownership—without any such nuance. Comments on the ad also promised no limitations. I pointed out this contradiction, EMA said it didn’t matter what the ad said, only what the terms stated—and then asked me if I was “allergic to reading.” Rude, insulting and completely unprofessional.

When I asked for my sub-accounts to be transferred back, EMA refused—unless I paid $997 or agreed to become their affiliate by having my agency tagged under them. Begrudgingly I followed their instructions and contacted Go HighLevel and asked that my agency be added as an affiliate of EMA.
GHL told me I needed to create a new account using EMA’s affiliate link. I did that and provided confirmation to EMA.

EMA then claimed that GHL, the platform he was using and reselling "gave me wrong information." They claim that GHL should have added a tag—something GHL said wasn’t even possible as I was already an affiliate. Then EMA sent new instructions, this time telling me to delete my current account entirely and create a new one through their link. When I refused—because this was never in the original offer or terms—EMA accused me of interfering with their “transfer policy,” said I now owed them $997. They said I needed to pay the fee in 24 hours or they would delete the accounts. They have since suspended my access.

EMA also explicitly threatened to delete my data if I left a negative review or filed an FTC complaint. That kind of retaliation is outrageous and is completely illegal under state and federal consumer protection laws.

I've consulted with a lawyer and will be pursuing legal action, including an FTC complaint. This situation has been dishonest, hostile, and financially damaging. If you're an agency owner considering working with EMA, run the other way. Look at the reviews on their Yelp page and you will see my story echoed on the reviews there. If you sign up with EMA You will not have control, you will not have a white-label agency, and you may lose access to your clients entirely.

Elite Marketing Authority Bundle

Been using GHL for a couple of years and came across John's 4 for 1 deal at Elite Marketing Authority. At first I was sceptical because of the price but I decided to give it a go and it ended up being a great decision. For the same price of GHL with all of the extra softwares it's a no brainer.

They are ripping people off

They are ripping people off. They are selling a deal where you get access to four different programs. One is an inbound / outbound AI agent and they are offering unlimited minutes for this service (very attractive). Until you find out the unlimited minutes aren't free and they cost you more than buying a full membership from the program itself. A complete scam.
