I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They took £129 from my account without my agreement or clear authorisation, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the quality of the teaching was extremely poor and far below what was promised. When I tried to contact them to resolve the issue, they ignored emails and other attempts to reach them. The lack of professionalism, poor teaching, and unauthorised charges make this a company I would strongly advise others to avoid. This company is a scam!!!!

My daughter had a 15 minutes of the free trials and it was obvious this is not suitable to her. I called them and told them I don’t want to continue. I also requested them to stop sending me adds emails. A couple of weeks after they charged my bank account £42.99 and they are still sending me emails although I clicked the cancel subscription button.

Please refund me my money and act professionally

daughter attended only 2 out of the 4 trial sessions because there was no real teaching happening. No qualified teachers — just students being made to solve cohort questions the entire time. She quickly lost interest because it was clearly a waste of time.

Despite this, the institute charged us over £80 for two months without any prior email or notification. Even more concerning, no one from the institute ever contacted us to ask why she had been absent for nearly 9 weeks.

This feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise parents not to enroll their children here.

Have been using Elite Medics for my son for the past 4 months. So far very good- he has definitely improved as recent mocks have shown higher predicted grades. I have currently enrolled him in the weekly Chemistry and Physics classes. We tried the Maths class but my son didn’t like it as much as the others. Would definitely recommend.

They were very good (they had once a month session on Sundays for each subject from 10am - 3pm) but they but they changed that for weekly session (one hour each). Since then they are useless and are terrible - Do not use these guys!!!

I’m a mum of two, one doing A Levels and one doing GCSEs, and I honestly can’t recommend Elite Medics enough. Both my kids absolutely loved the course, which is saying a lot because getting teenagers excited about extra classes isn’t easy! The tutors are fantastic, super knowledgeable, friendly, and really good at explaining things in a way that actually makes sense. My kids felt supported, confident, and motivated throughout, and I could genuinely see the difference in their understanding and attitude. It’s been such a positive experience for our family, and we’re so glad we chose Elite Medics.

Big scam be aware. Money taken for a service I explained my daughter's couldn't log in because of the class times and their already committed with school work, they told me not to worry they would cancel my subscription, they didn't now won't give me the money back because it wasn't cancelled before the end of the trial period. I signed up for a £1 trial class in August, and without my consent, Elite Medics began charging £42.99 every month starting from September 2025. I only noticed the payments in January 2026 and immediately tried contacting them by email and phone, but received no response at all.

It feels completely unacceptable for a company to take money without informing parents or confirming continued enrollment. If they were charging out of courtesy, the least they could do is notify us about our child’s attendance or absence.

No communication, no updates, and no transparency. This experience has felt like a complete scam. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please be cautious.

Very easy to contact by telephone. No AI - a real person answers who is very knowledgeable about the course and is keen to make sure it’s right for your child and that you are happy with everything. No high pressure sales and a trial period which is very reassuring.

they dont reply to emails signed up free trial didnt like it so have emailed them few days ago and tried calling but no answer also getting unathorised transactions from the bank approval requests BEWARE !!!
After leaving this message I have had an email back saying they will cancel the subscription but STAY SAFE AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS !!!!

I'm really disappointed with Elite Medics. For over three months, they've been taking money from my account twice a month without my permission.
Despite reaching out via email and WhatsApp, I've received no response. This is just unacceptable, and no reputable company should take money without consent or ignore customers. It honestly feels like a scam.
I'm working with my bank to get my money back and plan to report them to the authorities.
I'm sharing this as a warning to other parents.

Big scam, take money without notifying.just keep charging you money despite the requests to unsubscribe.

My daughter enjoyed the courses. we can see her improvement.

They wrongly charged my card £62.99 after a trial which my child didn't even use, even though I didnt subscribe and are refusing refund. Avoid!

Company offer great tution at affordable price.

This has been one of the best decisions I have made as a parent, as my child's attitude towards learning has improved.

The courses are tailored to suit the children's needs for preparation to their next level of education. It's much easier to focus on the learning with shorter but more frequent lessons.

Great teachers, Kids learn in a good environment. Teachers engage the pupil through out the class. My daughter loves the Kahoot.

My son has been using Elite Medics since year 7 and is now in year 10, he reported the new structure of splitting the classes over the week to be better than the weekend.

These more detailed lectures gives more time explore topics, check understanding and more opportunities to ask questions in case he needs clarity.

The materials provided before and after for each courses are also to the highest quality and encourages students to be proactive about their education, preparing them almost for university where they will not be spoon fed.

As a parent I have no regret signing him up for the last 3 years and can see his 4th year is going great. He had outstanding results for all science and maths for three years and represented his school at tournaments for science and mathematics, thanks Elite Medics for helping to keep his curiosity alive and supporting his growth by giving him the necessary materials to be steps ahead.

Daily revision of subject material through live tutors enhance not only curiosity but also routine learning habit.
Tutors are well experienced and have knowledge of the subject.
