Elixir Packaging was wonderful to work with! I needed custom boxes for my ecommerce business quickly. They were able to make the boxes quickly, beautifully, and for a reasonable price. The boxes look great and Nancy was always very responsive whenever I had questions. I will definitely be ordering more from them!

We had a really positive experience working with Elixir Packaging. From the start, their customer service stood out—responses were quick, helpful, and made the ordering process smooth and efficient. They were easy to communicate with and ensured all our questions were answered promptly, which made a big difference when making a custom purchase.

The quality of the product met our expectations, and everything arrived as requested.

The only area for improvement would be post-purchase communication. After placing the order, follow-up responses slowed down, and we weren’t provided with tracking information, until the day of delivery.

Overall, a great company to work with upfront, and with a bit more consistency after the sale, the experience would be excellent end-to-end.

The sizes for my customer were very specific & I needed extra attention to detail before making a decision on what company to go with. What I appreciated about this company was the persistence, the quick turnaround on communication, and the quality of the actual product. So far, I am impressed.
