Do not buy from this site. The bags are not leather. Hardware and linings are flimsy. Im sure there is no one named Elly selling these bags and planning retirement. Forget customer service. No response.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They present themselves as a U.S.-based business, but the products appear to be low-quality imports from overseas.

I ordered a dress for Easter. I ordered a LARGE and was shipped a SMALL. When I contacted customer service, I was initially told the item was not eligible for return because I had used a 10% discount! Although it wasn't my fault that I received the small size. After I challenged this, they said I could return the item, but only by shipping it back to China at my own expense, which would cost more than the dress itself.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience. The items do not match the quality shown in their photos, and the return process feels misleading and impractical. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I plan to also report you to the Better Business Bureau.

Absolute disgusting company.They should be shut down.People should file class action lawsuit against them and shut that trashy place down. They didn't even finish sewing my product before they sent it to me. I wish I could give you guys a picture of what they sent me.

This company should be avoided at all costs! They sell subpar items from China but lead you to believe they are an American based company. I bought two dresses. Never received one of them. The other dress was poorly made and damaged and they first told me it was not eligible for a return because I got a 15% discount (policy does NOT state no returns on items with discounts) Then after I pointed that out to them, they said I could return the item to China but shipping there would cost me more than the cost of the dress. They are a dishonest company preying on others with pretty pictures of items that look nothing like what is received.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I was being lazy and did not do my usual 'investigation' before buying. VERY SORRY now. The quality is horrible, items are one/two sizes smaller than expected, and you cannot return anything. Please, do not waste your money as I did.

Item was FAR smaller than size should have been. When I requested the return, they let me know the cost of shipping to CHINA would outweigh the refund. So, basically, no customer service or satisfaction at all. Cheap, mis advertised products and I am out $40+. Scam.

So disappointed…another scam site. I did my research before buying too. Everything looked legit. Until dress came in nothing like picture and they wanted me to return to China even though everything says US domestic shipping and headquarters in Arizona

Dress received was nothing like picture , flimsy material and customer service non existent. Returned for part refund only. Cost more than dress actually worth and lost in transit.....still have not received refund from beginning February return. Total scam

Very poor quality . Say they are from Arizona but try to return you have to send to China. Shipping cost more than the item. Picture is not what they sent material is very thin and poor quality looks nothing like the pictures .

Deceitful. They hijack a legitimate company’s photos for the dress I ordered. When I queried the difference not just in colour and how transparent their material is but more obviously the different design, they say some differences are normal!
Returning the dress to them cost considerable postage to China and they say they may not give full refund.
The return address they provided is also very convoluted and feels like high risk that my return is likely to be lost in transit.

DO NOT fall for the pricing. Signed up for the email, got a welcome code, ordered this dress in turquoise. Too small in the boob area, and I dont even have large boobs. The quality of the dress is that of 90s track suit so thats very ehhhh itself. Emailed the company and was told bc I used the promo code they gave me I cannot exchange or refund for this dress. So im out 40 bucks now. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. BEWARE.

I ordered a dress and was unhappy with the quality and fit. I was told that the return address is in China, so it would cost considerabley more to return it than what I paid for it. Don't bother ordering anything if you're not totally sure of size. Now I am stuck with a dress that I paid for and cannot wear.

1 Star is one to many for this lying Chinese company , falsely advertising good quality goods from a UK based company. They akso advertise easy 30 day returns, They are completely the opposite of what they advertise SO DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. I am contacting the plocal police to their returns address as it is THEFT BY FALSE PRETENCES .

Ordered a knitted jumper which I recognised as being a jumper I’ve bought before (not from this site). It took a month to arrive and is nothing like the photo. It’s an ugly shape and isn’t knitted - it’s sweatshirt material. They’ve ripped the photos of leg somewhere. I have to pay postage to return and I’m not at all pleased. Avoid

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! The company is a complete scam. The clothes come from China and the quality is absolutely atrocious, you’re better ordering from Shein. They won’t give a full refund and if you do you need to return off your own back. The customer service email is also not even a real company email. Make sure to contact your bank if you want a full refund.

Do not order from this company, the quality of the goods is poor, not true to the pictures. They are also based in China and not the UK, whereas the website states a trusted UK store. big fat lie. Returning items to China is a minimum of £25, which comes out of your pocket, as they know you are unlikely to do as this leaves you further out of pocket. They also offer you a small percentage back on the goods which further leaves them in profit and you further out of pocket. You have been warned.

Ordered 3 jumpers. None were the color i chose and the quality and fit were bad. Sent email with no response! Hopefully my bank will get my £78 back for me

I would not give this company any stars, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this site, ordered a jacket terrible quality keep emailing them for refund am no reply, they are thieves who are just taking peoples money.

There is NO proper refund system. They offered me 10% refund if I sent the item back China
