Cannot realistically return goods as they suggest at time of purchase, because returns have to be sent to Asia and you bear the cost of postage.
Very dishonest. They offer to refund you 15% of purchase price and no need to return as an alternative. Very dishonest.
Would give no stars if I could find a way
This is a total scam. Ordered a dress only to receive after 4 weeks a cheap poorly made dress from China that did not resemble the dress ordered in any way. Then struggled to get a refund despite their 30 day full refund claim....all false
If only no stars was possible DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY !! They refused to let me change my order 3 hours after I placed it - even though they have a 3 day despatch time !!! Thay said there system didnt allow changes so I will need to pay to send it back and they will then let me know if I qualify for a refund !!! Im guessing the return address will be Asia and the quality of the item will appalling.
Not uk based company. Says it will give 100% no quibble refund. Offered 15% refund or risk high shipping costs to continent of Asia. Do not buy from this company. Item was not as pictured on their website.
Just received two items - definitely not as identified in picture and don’t feel they are a UK sale. Should have read trust pilot reviews before. Clearly not worth the hassle of seeking refund.
Adverts make out this is UK based retailer the items come from China Very poor quality and not as advertised in photos. Refuse to give return information offering varying amounts of % refunds from 15% one day to 25% when challenged. I wish someone had told me how bad this company is.
