I was told I could change the location
I was told I could change the location, but that was a lie. They wanted to charge me $5,000 to return it to a different place after I had already left. They told me, even with 6 days' notice, that they couldn't do it. I was scammed. Be careful when hiring them.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it was to learn that changing your return location was not possible after your trip had already begun. Changes to pickup or return locations are subject to availability and cannot always be accommodated, even with advance notice. We appreciate your feedback.

Good instructions form beginning to end. Each mail had good instructions what the steps were before renting the RV.
The day of renting was quick and smooth less. Very good experience.
the day of returning too. everything was good and positive. If I had to think of one constructive feedback I would say the floors of both RVs were very dirty. I tried cleaning them myself but it was not easy. overall a very positive experience. Will rent from them again.
