My wife bought dog ramps that were never received.
Fake tracking from FedEx, actually confirmed by FedEx.
I got my credit card company involved and she received a refund.
And they are still trading, unbelievable.

If I could give zero stars I would - paid for my item but was never received - provided fake FedEx tracking that was confirmed in writing to me by FedEx as false tracking - never answered my numerous emails - stole my money!

I made an order since last month, i never received it and they stated that the order was delivered and never did and they provided me with a fake fedex tracking number. I kept sending them emails to refund me my money, however, they never replied back to me. #SCAMSCAMSCAM!!!!

They are not a honest company and do not honor their return policy. You have to email them to get a return label which I did within 30 days and they never responded and now I'm in a dispute with my credit card company for a refund which they are fighting on top of not responding to my request for a return.

Their products are not what they seem. They're overpricedthey for the size and quality. Amazon has the same items for fair price and bigger quantity and quality. Not 100% Pro Amazon Monopoly but they at least honor their return policy if you're not satisfied.

They're a scam company they basically buy from other companies and then resale for more money.

Dog stairs sent to wrong address. No response from company. AVOID.

AVOID ! Bought an item (doggy steps) via an advert on Instagram all looked legitimate until the item was apparently delivered to the wrong address - but after 3 weeks of emailing being ignored still nothing - at the start they said they would check with FedEx then nothing - £57 down and no doggy steps 😳

They gave me a fake FedEx tracking number .I tried to contact them but They never replied to my emails,it’s a big scam and I don’t know how , with so many bad reviews all around the internet,their website is still open. I should ve checked trustpilot before making a purchase.Do not buy anything from them if you don’t want loose your money!

Like the others, I paid for a product and was provided a fake Fedex tracking number. Do not buy from them. I wish I read these reviews.

COMPLETE SCAM. Charged my card, then gave me a fake FedEx tracking number. Product was never delivered.

Do not buy, took weeks to come and got two tiny bottles when advertised as very large bottles. Emailed and ignored me!

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Stay away from this company I’ve just opened a dispute with my bank, they say the refund but you can’t get any response from them to get a return address.

Don't do it. They take your money and you will never hear from them again. The product still hasn't arrived after an order place on January 5th. I have sent multiple emails with no response. SCAM,SCAM, SCAM!!!

I haven’t received a damn thing from them. NO TRACKING, NO RECEIPTS NO PRODUCT!!! They are thieves!!!!!$29.98 Paid for eyeliners and it’s February 4th, 2026 and I have received nothing. I have sent emails after emails after emails and no response. I’m reporting to attorney general!!!!

If i could give a zero star I would. First, it took forever for the order to arrive . after not receiving it in a month I sent a refund request with no response. i finally received order after two months and bottle is half full. Do not purchase. i am going to request a charge back with my bank.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered and payed for my order in January 7th today is January 20th it says still in transit hasn’t left customs yet. I tried emailing them 3 times it returns my email saying they can’t be reached.you Cannot get in touch with them I usually always read reviews , this is one time I didn’t . This is a scam. I ordered $30.98 on December4, 20025. On December 5 , funds were paid from my account. I have repeatedly sent messages about where my merchandise was. Oh it was delivered over and over. I sent a message after they said it was delivered again on 19 January 2026. I sent message back again and again. This morning they offered me a refund of 70%. I said NO 100% only. This company is a SCAM. I archived all communications with them.

Over priced items. I wanted to buy the hair growth oil and anti hair growth oil, but decided to look other places for them and found them for $10 and $8 at target and on Amazon. Do not trust this website with your money.

I have sent three or four emails requesting to cancel my order, my first one was 15 minutes after. They do not respond!

The pimple patches do not even stick on the face for a long time, Even if I don’t leave on overnight. They just feel like I’m putting stickers on my face. And it’s almost impossible to get in contact with anyone there, I’ve emailed 3 times in the past 3 weeks hoping to get my money back before the “30 day guarantee” wares off.

Purchased an item. Was sent a different item that isn’t compatible with UK plug socket. Tried requesting a refund was ignored. No reply at all to 5 emails and DMs on Instagram. This company is a scammer. Do not buy from them!!!
