Update - have decided to return - awaiting response to 2 email inquiries.
Product is "less" than expected for the price. Rather flimsy. I'm still trying to figure out how to remove the "protective film". Delivery was timely.

Great piece of art and quick service

This is a fantastic piece that looks just like it's described on the site. I appreciated the careful wrapping for shipping and frequent updates. It looks really good and is worth the price!

Lot of tape residue to clean before hanging up

The piece itself is beautiful. Came with a film coating on the side that people will see to prevent scratches etc. The problem was the back. To secure it for shipping it was taped in several places. Tape left thick sticky residue all over the back- the part that would be in contact with a painted wall. Acetone did nothing, rubbing alcohol, Goi Gone and fingernail scraping got most of it off. Did contact customer service, they recommended the rubbing alcohol. Frustrating that we had to work on cleaning it up for an hour before hanging.

Slow to ship

Slow to ship. Bullshit excuses for not shipping instead of the truth (snow delay in TX when there was none). The quality of the product is decent; the edges are sharp and a smattering of burrs detract from the quality. Be warned these are plastic-backed, not metal backed.

Finally arrived

After many shipping delays - thinking due to weather, my order finally arrived. It took about 3 weeks, but we love the art.

Where's my order? No customer service!

Order placed on December 07. Confirmed and given a order number. Today is December 18th. No communication has happened from them. The tracking info that connects with SHOP says it's awaiting for details. After numerous emails to ELYSEART, I've received no response. Are they closed? Is there no customer service? Is this a scam? After research I found a contact phone number that screens your call and is NOT in Texas where they advertise being from (512)947-9246. Help! This was to be a CHRISTMAS Gift to my husband. The "Rocky Mountain Wall art.". So disappointing!!!

Package was marked as shipped on 11/21/2025, did not ship until 2 weeks later, arrived late, and it did not have the protective coating on it, so it was scratched in places, I assume due to shipping. Overall, I am not satisfied with the speed of service or the quality of the product.

Custom Order

I loved the "Bird Wall Art" on the website, but it was too small for the spot I wanted to put it. So, I requested a Custom Order. They were quick to respond with a wonderful mock up of exactly what I wanted. The birds are about 2' across and fly across 10' of the front of our house. They are just above two big picture windows and below the peak of the roof. Everyone on our cul-de-sac as come up to comment on how beautiful the look. I absolutely love that they could create what was in my vision!
