Cheap plastic lamp that looked nothing like the online version featuring a beautiful stained glass look. Very deceptive and they been “closing up their beloved shop” for over a year. Total scam.

Yep scam. Im going to contact the bank tomorrow. DO NOT TRUST!!! Ordered over $200 plus from this site back on 03/28 and nothing. Emailing support results in a no mailbox found. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolut minderwertige Ware, miserabler Kundenservice, der auf nichts reagiert! Sieht sehr nach Betrug aus. Die Bilder der angeblichen Dependance in Paris sind ebenfalls falsch … unter der angegeben Adresse befindet sich lediglich eine Änderungsschneiderei.

I placed an order in December, 4 months ago and I have not received the order nor have I received my money back, when I write to the contact email they do not answer.

A FRAUD!!!

I’ve ordered in October, my parcel still hasn’t arrived. They NEVER adressed my demand for a return, just ignored my request.

After a while, I started to get MAILER FAILURE notice, the E-mail of a certain Gisele Laurent doesn’t exist anymore + they deleted their IG account.

I can’t believe I got scammed online 😂 and over Instagram, BUT trust me - I’ll not give up on this even if I have to come to Paris myself.

I want to return my order and at first they replied, but now I am unable to send emails, it seems that they have blocked my email. If you will not get back to me, dont worry, I know my EU rights and you will be contacted by legal authorities

Got scammed, utter rats. £130 of my money just gone, Instagram is a joke

It seems I was wrong, even though at first the website seemed to be quite questionable, I reacted quite harshly. I asked for my refund and I have received it. The customer service was good considering I was accusing them of a scam. Overall I must say their team reacted in the perfect manner and I reacted quite poorly.

Saw the ad on Insta, the product totally won me over. So I made the order and about a week later I got it and my girlfriend stole it from me so I ordered another one. Cool stuff on this shop!
