Disgusting and unethical company
Their sales tactics and customer service are really unethical. Their communication is basically non existent and they refuse to issue refunds under any circumstances. Be very wary! I bought tights for summer, waiter over a month for an update and got none. I emailed them only to be told I’d have to wait 2 months as they were on back order. If I had known they’d arrive in winter I would never have purchased them! I ask to cancel and request a refund, they tell me I’ve changed my mind which I most definitely didn’t! They then decide to just send the product to me and stop responding to any of my emails. I sent them back and only after asking for my money back did they respond saying they strictly adhere to their no refund policy for sale items. Now I’m stuck with a useless credit note that I will never use because I’m so disgusted by this company. Pregnancy is a time limited thing and these guys believe they can approach their customers as though their products are not time limited.

Great product but customer service is…
Great product but customer service is abysmal and bordering on being a scam. They will let you return items but then when you attempt to exchange they will tell you item is out of stock and offer you a choose of alternative, credit note or refund but if you request an alternative item that also won’t be available and if you request a credit note they will never send it. I have sent over 10 emails trying to resolve this and now they are just ignoring me. Am going to try and get money back via credit card company. As much as love the leggings I have to recommend avoiding this company

Beware of buying and return policy
I gave 2 stars as their return policy is not flexible. Stupid me I purchased 4x leggings because of the great reviews on their site. Sadly, they did not fit properly and did not look good on my body shape. I purchased the items on special. The company is also always on special. Please read their terms and conditions before buying anything. I've learnt my lesson. I am now choosing not buying from these companies that have restrictions as you just end up losing out. I have a credit of wasted money sitting there.
