Thank you Lisa. It was a pleasure speaking with you. I'm not sure that email and messaging will ever replace a good chat on the phone. The value of a telephone call seems to be forgotten these days with so many online service providers hiding behind complicated support ticket and live chat systems.

My Website Performance Went from F to a B!
Had a fascinating complimentary consultation with Justin Ormerod from emedia this week, looking at the hosting and performance of my blog site.
Justin uploaded my site onto his hosting platform, and the performance went from a F to a B. It felt like getting a bad school report! 😆
Thank Justin for taking so much time out to do a back office walkthrough. I learnt a lot.
A few years ago I had an issue where a file or plugin was affecting the appearance and how data was displayed, and it wasn't obvious what was causing the problem because on the face of it, everything seemed to be correctly installed by me and working OK. Justin went into 'forensic investigation mode' and found the obscure piece of code. It really was a case of going above and beyond.
