Brilliant service. Friendly and efficient.

The electricity went off at home at 8 pm one evening - work had been done on the house electrics by another company during the day.

After trying two other emergency electricians, this company accepted the work and were round within an hour. They identified the problem and repaired it within a further hour and left us with the electrics back on.

Contacted on a bank holiday weekend and very reasonably priced in comparison to most who increased their prices for an emergency call out. Completed fault finding and solved our problem which 2 previous electricians struggled to identify. Would highly recommend.

We called John about a burning plastic smell and he was out within the hour. We paid a deposit by secure payment link before his arrival and settled the balance on a card machine once the work was completed. He was able to quickly identify the issue, explain it to us and fix the problem. A life saver as without him the situation would have been worse. He came back the day after to replace a part he had to source and sort another issue he'd identified. Absolutely wonderful service, fairly priced and so glad we found John!

Needed an emergency electrician- most local choices were charging over £200. Attended quickly and fixed the issue promptly. Would use again, but hopefully don't need to.
