I can see that you purchased the Queen tent which was marked as 'on back-order' because it was out of stock. Perhaps you missed this, but I can show you a copy of your order form if you need proof. Just let me know. I did email you on 27th January explaining that the tents would be made available by the end of February, giving you the option to exchange for something else, wait a little longer or cancel for full refund.
Terrible communication from seller
There have been no emails to update me on the status of my delivery after the quoted 10-15 day delivery timeframe. I placed a second order for my husband in January 2023 that arrived within the 2 week time frame but my December 2022 order has not been received.

I am sorry you feel let down. An email was sent to you on 17th January notifying you that shipment had been made and that the DPD tracking number was 3758625814. Having checked the status of your order today, I can see that it was in fact delivered on 23rd January and I would be more than happy to send you the proof. Have you asked your neighbour and checked every place that it could have been left? If you have still not received it, I will investigate and apologize if the parcel has been misplaced.

The bed frame is really cheap.
The canopy bed with frame is really really cheap. First of all they did not even ship the bed frame. It was shipped from AMAZON. probably from a third party. It comes in dirty bag with ZERO INSTRUCTIONS> it looks like something out of CHINA. It looks like a dollar store product, no branding nothing just a cheap dirty plastic bag with dirty black rubber bands. The material is so cheap it's not even worth $50. it looks like something out of the dollar store. IT doesn't even remotely look like the frame that comes in the photo.. Also I have no idea how to set canopy up because it did not include any connectors just a bunch of cheap metal rods. I would expect this if I paid $100-$200. But for $1100 dollar? Really? It's not even worth $50 for the frame. Completely disappointed with their product. I have no problems paying for a premium frame. Clearly they are trying to make a QUICK penny by allowing this product to be shipped by who know where and cheaply made from CHINA.
EDIT: UPDATE
This seller used AMAZON DROPPING to ship out these cheap frames that only cost $72. They are charged $300+ for these cheap frames that you can buy on amazon. I have taken photos of the package and documented all of this;
The item they sent me is called Mengersi Canopy Bed Frame Post . You can buy that really cheap crappy bed frame for $72. I thought this was a honest and reliable company looking to help and improve people's lives. No they are just a merchant trying to over-charge you on CHEAP CHINESE IMPORTS.

We have had to be a little innovative with our shipping during this global supply crisis and use Amazon on occasion for frames. We have supplied the frame you dislike this way for many of our clients who are now happily sleeping so much better under their canopies. There is a compromise to get a frame that’s cheap to buy and ship; it has to be light, that for some means it doesn’t feel as sturdy as it could be. Most people though value the fact that our products are some of the most competitively priced on the market and that they are sleeping better and enjoying better health; enough not to worry about the occasional wobble as they get in and out of bed and of course they can and some do commission their own wooden and ornamental frames.
We price our canopies competitively as a whole solution and the frame is an integral part of it that our clients as a whole seem to love. The fabric that you claim is cheap is the world leading brand BlocSilver, it is 20% silver, I can assure you there is nothing cheap about BlocSilver, we have sold literally thousands of yards of it, people love it, it saves lives!
We are of course sorry if the frame was dirty and parts and or instructions were missing. We were trying to serve you well, as mentioned in this difficult global time. If you had taken the opportunity to contact our customer support team regarding this they would of course have put the situation right ASAP at no cost to you and likely with a bonus product as compensation.

Absolutely amazing results!!!
It's not super affordable and the made-in-China frame is not the most sturdy design, but MY GOODNESS does it work!
I bought the King size canopy, which brought the EMF down drastically, but then when I added the floor mat, the EMF all but disappeared. I have multiple EMF meters and my best and most sensitive measured ~12 MicroWatts per square meter (µW/m²) which is considered 'High'. Inside the canopy it dropped to an average of 0.006 µW/m². Incredible!
I'm blown away by the product and when I had an issue during the shipping process, the customer service in the UK was equally impressive (just make sure you call around 6am if you're in the states, to catch them during UK business hours).
I could not be more pleased considering the importance of good, healthy sleep. A+++

Canopy with frame Review
Courier speed, packing and correspondence was great. However, the frame is somewhat flimsy. Also, looking at the advertising picture, you get the impression that if you order a Queen size, the actual canopy will have a good gap between the bed and the frame. We ordered the queen size, not realising it would actually barely cover a queen size bed, rather than stand away from the bed, like the picture on the website. We placed the bottom sheet below the bed and grounded it properly. However, if there is the slightest gap (which now happens regularly because we should have ordered the king size for our queen bed), there will be reception and wifi coming in. For the amount we paid, we are somewhat deflated. Edit in response to comment: Ideally, I would have liked the king-size, however, it would be too expensive to return the queen size since we live overseas...

DE plugs
Ordered 4 dirty electricity plug filters Sat 26th Nov-received Wed 30th Nov with a slight delay by DPD. Was pleased to receive Black Friday discount as items are not cheap. As for plugs working to reduce EMR, I'm not convinced yet as dosimeter still recording quite high numbers and my hypersensitivity symptoms are still quite severe-perhaps slight improvement-having said that I've only had them for less than 24 hours!

Hi Linda, thanks for the review. Dirty Electricity needs to be removed from all homes but you may need a little advice. We do have videos for that on our YouTube channel. You cannot measure dirty electricity with a dosimeter (so it won't change). protection against damage of an EMP or EMF
I believe this product during an EMF or EMP would help to save my electronics in the van filled with electronics if I draped it over the top and went clear down to the ground it should cover EMP or EMF damage
