EMF Protection LTD Avis 

Purchased from company a product costing £169.19. Inc free post. Arrived next day DHL. Dissatisfied with product I immediately returned by Royal Mail next day sign for delivery. Cost to myself of return post £8.00.

The next day, today, receive email from company stating I was to pay all postage and also 10% administration fee. (First time ever I have known this). I was refunded £148.27

Total loss to customer £169.19 - £148.27 = £20.92 (includes £2.82 Tax) + £8 return post = total loss to customer £28.92

Be aware if purchasing from company of this customer returns policy, products are not cheap and one is exposed to losses should one need to return.

Finally company, in defending reason for its returns policy, alleged one had contracted with company not in good faith, but rather to ‘abuse’ it, and treat like a ’hire service’.

“We have had many people abuse our monitor usage and treat us like a free for all hire service.” (quote)

I was a happy return customer. I am now a never returning customer. Total loss £28.92

Impressed with the extent to which the EMF bed canopy and floor mat protect from high RF levels. Also impressed with the Customer Service follow through on several questions that I've had regarding my order since I've received it. Thanks, Esther!

We purchased the A11 unit based on a Utube vid by electrahealth.com on how to lobotomize a Samsung refrigerator. We bought a Samsung stove and plan to buy a refrigerator soon. The stove did not have a similar access panel on the back as noted in the refrigerator vid. Internet searches have not revealed where the stove wifi chip is located. We have reached out to electrahealth for clarification and hopefully some idea where to look. We were rebuffed soundly with 'not in our wheel house' by your firm, so hopefully someone out there can help. We have a photo of what it looks like but do not know where to look. A11 unit seems to work fine ... it goes nuts around our stove and I can't stop it.

I haven't received my for a few days, so I wrote an email asking why. The customer service team give me a prompt response and explained that it is because I order multiple products,including clothes and fabrics, thus the delay. After two days, my order is shipped and I received them very soon. I add a few bucks to the DHL shipping since I live in another nation. The shipping speed is excellent, and I received them in no time.

I am amazed at how much the EMF canopy has improved my sleep. I feel this is exceptional value for health and wellness, and I am very grateful for this product

Ahh-mazing sleep last night under the canopy. Haven't slept like that in years. Leggings are great too. Wonder how both are going to hold up over time.

FURTHER UPDATE:
Found out after purchase that they don't ground both pieces - mat and canopy. They give you hardware to ground the canopy, then expect you to make sure the canopy touches the floor mat all the way around the bed to "ground" the floor mat. But they don't tell you that until you report the missing hardware from the shipment. I'm not able to physically lift the bed to put the mat under the frame. Initially I didn't use the floor mat, but after a month or so I put it under my mattress. It doesn't touch the canopy all around, as the bed frame is in the way. Since then, I'm getting shocks. Esther wants me to buy a whole new grounding kit. I was expecting grounding for both pieces with initial purchase, per the video on their website showing how to ground - and they ground both pieces. Video is still on the website. Also, the canopy had some damage to it - 2 of 4 tie-backs were half ripped off the canopy. She told me it had been returned and gave me a lower price, but didn't tell me about the damage. When I reported the damage she called it "superficial flaws". I call it functional damage. No longer happy with this company. Reduced rating to 2 stars.
UPDATED REVIEW: After a few delays and snafus in the delivery and setup, I am enjoying my new canopy very much. Recent years have brought increasing levels of anxiety for me, and from the first night under the canopy, I sleep more deeply and am much calmer throughout the day. The representative was very patient in helping me navigate the issues. I highly recommend this product, and have changed my rating to 5 stars.

N.B.: Be aware that there is a "head" and a "foot" to the canopy. I recommend you identify them before you set it up. Instructions don't tell you this. Why not?

They didn't send the poles. Can you believe that? They saved on DUTY,...whatever the heck that means. We had a solar flare,...I paid my 1300,.....and they TIED MY HANDS! I am a cancer patient,...who lost two grown children this year,...and I scrimped and saved for this to save my life.

They made TERRIBLE business decisions!!!!

Received bed canopy rapidly. Wonderful feeling inside it, and TriField meter reading for radio frequencies is significantly lower inside than outside. It was a project to install it, and better instructions might have advised me to avoid the mistake I made, of having the wooden poles on the outside. Also, the print of the text on pages with step numbers could be darker; it's very light. At first I didn't see it at all, and thought there were just pictures and step numbers. I'm very pleased. Great decision to buy it.

I’ve only purchased one product from this company. The neck tube or snood. I’ve purchased 4. They seem to be a good product. Customer Service seems good and delivery to Canada is quicker than competitive US companies.

Unexpectedly fast shipping, arrived in 2 days :) I got a black women's tank and the fabric is super soft, it fits to size and is well made. Tested with my EMFields Acousticom 2 to attenuate my Netgear 5Ghz wifi from 6 down to 1 when right next to it.

Everything seems to be perfect except I don't know what I'm getting. It was never clear. Is it a Full or Twin XL? I think both were on sale but I was never asked which one I wanted. Maybe it's the same for both. I hope so! Otherwise, everything went very smooth. I would have put 5 stars, and I will if you let me know that the full and the twin XL are one in the same. It wasn't clear. Your advertisement just said that the Full and the Twin XL were on sale for $520. I ordered but it never asked which one I wanted.
