Bought a bag which claimed it was leather and when it arrived it was clearly not leather! Very poorly made too, zips don't even close the bag properly. Many emails and still no response. No return address or contact details available... really gutted I've lost £50. Taking this up with PayPal.

Took money immediately then long wait for order. Arrived today and the supposed orthopaedic shoes are cheap rubbish. Just looked on Temu and cost one third of price there which is about the right price. Return made difficult and judging by other reviews not worth bothering with. Avoid this seller.
I made an order with Emilly London on January 2nd.
It eventually arrived but was the wrong size. I emailed the company on February 3rd and asked for a full refund of £21.95. I have not received ANY response.It looks as if this company is simply scamnming customers out of their money. I'm glad I didn't spend more. Be advised - shop somwhere else
Wish I’d read the previous reviews before placing an order. Ordered children’s building poles, to build a den etc . There were three sizes I paid for the largest. I’m not convinced o got the right package. Took weeks to arrive , no contact despite emailing them. Package bettered and had been re sellotaped . Contacted them , surprise, surprise no response !!!!! Don’t use them , just throw your money away , same result !!!
I placed an order on sun 24th Sept. The money has come out of my account but I haven’t received the item(s). I have sent 2 emails & the company have not responded. There is no contact number on the website despite having a phone icon on their website.

Ordered a dress for a wedding (in 2 days) and it still hasn't arrived.
There is no contact number on the website (even though it says contact us and has an icon of a phone), there's only an email address. I've sent multiple emails and no one has replied.
Very bad customer service and the dress is now 4 days late. It's difficult to trust a company that is uncontactable when things go wrong. Based on my experience, I would avoid.
