Carlos did my bracelet welding and he was so lovely and kind, really patient with me adjusting my bracelet size! Really amazing service inside by the lovely lady too and both were very friendly, also loved the jewellery too! Hope to come back and get more.

Such amazing customer service! So friendly and polite. Carlos did my bracelet welding, he offered 10/10 customer service, so friendly and extremely polite. He was also very patient whilst adjusting the bracelet to the right size on me.
