Dear Customer Service I'm still waiting for news regarding the refund for my lot no. 610707 which I delivered to your office at the Lost Property Office on Friday February 6th in Al Khawaneej at 12:00 p.m. The man in the first office on the left sitting at the first desk on the right handled the collection of my lot. He promised me a WhatsApp message that afternoon but three weeks later I haven't received any communication. I'm sure the waiting times are due to bureaucratic reasons but I'd still like confirmation of the process and any updates. I have contacts in the Dubai Police but I don't want to bother them. I expect the same precision from you that characterizes all your work. I await updates.

P.S. Your official, the one sitting in the first office on the left at the first desk on the right reassured me that there would be no problem with the refund; the lot would be inspected by an expert and then the process would begin. In fact the lot was described as consisting of 18-karat gold objects but it was clear that one or more items were 14-karat gold 585 marked (14K) and not 750 (18k). I am confident in your work and please keep me informed.

It cannot be called aution as in the background they have fixed price and they will not release the vechicle unless the hodden reserve price is achieved.

Formal Complaint Regarding Unexplained Fees and Withheld Deposit

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally report a serious issue we have encountered through your platform. We were invited to participate in auction activities and proceeded to make a deposit of €30,000. However, at no point were we provided with clear terms, rules, or information regarding applicable commissions or fees.

Subsequently, we noticed that €3,222 was withheld from our deposit without prior notice or detailed explanation.

When we requested clarification, we were informed that the deduction was due to exchange rate differences. This justification is unacceptable and inaccurate, as the exchange rate between the time of our deposit and the withdrawal was actually favorable to us.

It is evident that undisclosed and unjustified commissions have been applied. Despite several follow-up attempts, we have not received any reimbursement, nor have we been provided with a satisfactory explanation.

We therefore strongly caution others against engaging in such transactions on this platform, and we request that this matter be investigated promptly. We also formally demand a full refund of the withheld amount or, at the very least, a transparent breakdown of the charges applied.

Don't buy gold or any other items. The purity they are mentioning not correct.

I bided for a 2014 Cat loader and won and I was issued a ownership certificate when I tried to register the machine to my name the cat dealer discovered it have a fake model year instead of 2014 it’s actually should be 2007. So they make accept selling as is but they allow the seller to cheat.

Stay away for this frauders!!! They sell fake gold and diamonds. I been check them in the lab in London they confirm that they are cheap golds from Thailand and no diamonds all broken rings and missing stones. I pay 25k pounds for fake jewellery that don’t value even 500 pounds.Even the cash pounds don’t want to take them. Scammers. I will report this tho the police Dubai. They refuse to collaborate to take it back . Selling fake jewellery is a criminal offence activity. I will report them to all authorities in Dubai.

I have purchased cars previously by visiting the place, however these days i tried making deposit using creditcard but unable to redirect to bank, and I make manual transfer successfully, but again confirmation button is not working.
