Emperial Avis 

My Imperial blender jug broke, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could buy a replacement jug directly from the company's website. Offering spare parts is a really thoughtful service and makes the product much more sustainable.

At first, I found the spare parts ordering process a little confusing, but it turned out to be quite straightforward. I also contacted customer support when the delivery was slightly delayed, and I received a very quick response with a clear explanation.

The excellent customer service really built my trust in the company. Knowing that I can easily replace broken parts instead of buying a whole new appliance is a big advantage, and I'll definitely keep this company in mind for future purchases. Overall, it was a reliable and very positive experience.

I had written a poor review about the after sales service, however I think there were cross wires.
When we did get to communicate they were excellent, they managed to find a part I needed.
It came really quickly and when I asked the cost, they said there was no charge.
Thank you Emperial, i will certainly purchase another of their Aircon units

the Aircon unit is great however the communication Avenue is non existent.
I have tried to contact them via there website to get a replacement part, but never get any reply. Perhaps a phone number would be good.

Fast delivery and product quality

Great purchase and fastest delivery. Presumed is a good quality as received and not used for more than few days.

Absolutely amazing products, I bought the heater and the dehumidifier. Honestly the heater throws out so much heat but is so low on energy usage and the dehumidifier has saved me so much time when drying my clothes! You must buy!

I've been using multiple products by Emperial including their dehumidifer, electric blanket and single air mattress and they are all great quality - super impressed!

Low quality products sold without warranty. My dehumidifier had broke down after 9months of use and there is nothing they will do with. Would not recommend

Easy to order and good communication. I paid for next day delivery but that didn't happen. When I contacted they apologised and refunded the delivery charge

I have the plug-in radiator and heated blanket and if you're debating buying either of these products, just know the quality is top tier and both products work 10 x better than I ever expected! The plug-in radiator is genuinely the best product I have for winter - it heats my downstairs easily and I could go on and on about how good it is for days!! Emperial is genuinely the best brand for anything to do with heating and I cannot recommend them enough :)

It's very poor 😢 tried to contact them so many times for a refund but they didn't respond at all.

Purchased our AirCon unit less than a year old and is already faulty - tried contacting through contact us a couple of times with no return contact from Emperial
