After receiving a quote, I attempted to verify the business before sending payment. The invoice listed "EMPIRE PRODUCT (a brand of Artzia LLC)" with a registered address in Kentucky. However, when I spoke with a representative, they were unable to state which state the company was registered in without a significant delay.

Key concerns discovered during my due diligence:

Lack of Registration: I could not find a legal registration for "Empire Product LLC" or "Artzia LLC" on official government (.gov) websites in Kentucky or surrounding states.

Physical Address: The provided business address appears to be a residential location.

Digital Footprint: The website was only recently created (November 2025), and the IP address is not located in Kentucky.

Payment Risks: The company insists on ACH or wire transfers only—payment methods that offer zero protection for buyers in the event of fraud.

I cannot verify this as a legitimate distributor. I strongly advise other buyers to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before proceeding.

SCAM company. Sent empty boxes to AMZ. STAY AWAY at all costs. Positive reviews on here are fake. Does not respond to emails. Does not pick up the phone.
