I ordered a tool for my son’s Christmas gift at a suggestion of his friend, but when it came my son said he did not need that tool. I called the company and spoke to Rich K who said he would send a refund after he received the part back. I did get my refund the following week. Thank you Rich K, you were quick with the refund and understanding on the phone.
Honest company! Would buy from them again because of Rich K.

Worst Customer Service ever. Order placed thru Amazon, estimated delivery date provided. Within 3 days delivery date had changed, no reason for the delay given. Contacted ERS CS, they replied the order was delivered ahead of schedule. A package was received BUT it was the WRONG ITEM! ERS CS support was nonexistent, no replacement order created. Do NOT purchase from this supplier.

Horrible Customer Service and Wrong Item Sent

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Empire Rigging and Supply. I purchased a whole set as a gift, expecting to receive the item pictured in their ad. However, they sent me the wrong item entirely. To make matters worse, when I returned the item unopened, they charged me a $112 restocking fee.

When I questioned this fee, they claimed I had used the item, which is absolutely impossible since I returned it unopened. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Their customer service is atrocious and they do not stand by their products or their customers.

I’m confident it will come around to get them for treating their customers so poorly. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

Beware tradesmen. Ordered Ridgid product 11/30/20 from Empire Rigging and Supply through Amazon and 12/30/20 still nothing. Very disappointing.

Ordered a part we needed through Amazon. It was never shipped and they won't answer their phone. Their voice mail is full and I need to cancel my order.
We ended up just going to the manufacturer. They don't seem to be a very good company.

I want to start by saying their website is misleading and the customer service to follow up is very rude and unfair.

I placed an order on their website on May 30th. I placed it through the site because it showed the item was in stock meaning the that if I shipped it regular mail it would arrive within a week. I hadn’t received any update so I called and spoke with Keelan Schab who told me I would not receive my item till the 12th of June. I addressed that the site showed in stock and all he said was he understands my frustration and would as someone to fix the site. That does not fix my problem. I asked for faster shipping and he said no because I did not pay for it. He was very unpleasant and did not care about my issue. When I asked for his supervisor he said he is the supervisor and does not have a supervisor over him. He asked if I wanted the item or not. Very rude. This is the first time my company does business with them and am here to say I am livid due to the lies and horrible customer service.

Very simple to find desired items and processing purchase. The items haven't delivered yet but if they arrive in a timely fashion (and I have no reason to think otherwise) I would highly recommend this organization to anyone looking to supply their operations.

Ordered product on October 2 and was to be delivered on October 19 but was sent UPS to a wrong address on a different state. They had been provided the right address.bA long wait for nothing. I will be contacting my credit card company
