These are the worse Solicitors ever.
After mths of hardwork of trying to to prove I had a genuine case to fight for.
They backed out leaving me vulnerable and not knowing what to do next?
Avoid these Solicitors.
And also the 3 days was your problem cause they would only able to realise to to .
You did the landlords
Tou also also missed the original missed the original photo of the laminated flooring months before I moved in???
They literally did nothing for me. it's down to you to prove your evidence.
I did that and more.
I wouldnt hear off them for weeks.
And to speak to the solicitor was even worse.
In approximately 9 mths I spoke to the Head solicitor twice.
I never got a call back telling me how sorry they were.
I got a standard copied and paste bog standard letter?
DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THESE LOT.
PLENTY OF REALLY GREAT SOLICITORS OUT THERE.
USE SLATER & GORDON.

John Hutchings has been excellent in dealing with my accident claim. My previous solicitors, appointed by the insurance company, were slow, unresponsive and uninterested, suggesting I settle on a “knock for knock “ basis, when a van ran into the back of me and wrote my car off. John fought my corner and with Robert Smith, the barrister, started proceedings and within a short time the other side caved in and I got a good settlement. John was so responsive and helpful. A great service.

Had a very positive experience with Emsleys Solicitors. From the start of my accident at work claim, to the end, the process has been easy and caused no stress. Communication was good, anything I need to provide or do was explained and they ended up securing me with a better settlement than I thought. I would highly recommend.

Adam and his team were responsive to queries through out the whole sale process. His help was especially appreciated when dealing with some specific buyer queries when we were away in Canada, dealing with time zone differences.
