The Company was launched in 2016 after the founder Paul Judge spent several years researching all aspects of the delivery of NVQ’s within the Construction Industry. With the help of industry expert Paul Kent, our founder created Endeavor Training with the aim to be the No1 Training provider of Management NVQ’s and other Construction qualifications in the UK. The team are very supportive and understanding
I done my works in blocks, sometimes I had to reschedule due to other commitments or unforeseen circumstances. The team didn't make a fuss and was very helpful throughout the time.

I completed my NVQ Level 7 with my tutor Matt Burridge, I was put at ease from the first initial session with Matt, he was on the end of the phone for the smallest question without hesitation and made a point of working round my busy work commitments, I couldn’t fault the experience, and a huge thanks to Matt.
Would recommend Endeavour at a drop of a hat, and will certainly use them again for future training

NVQ L7
If you are Really Ready to do this NVQ L7 and complete it within a tight deadline, it is Possible.
It helped me a lot that I made my goal known to my assessor. And he pushed me to achieve that. Was a bit of a strange feeling, as I`m used to push others, instead of being pushed.
But that`s how I succeeded within the timeframe that I wanted to. And I was really busy with my work and other things, but I made it :)

I recently completed my NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management with Endeavour Training, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the team was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress.
