Our NVQ CoursesWe offer Construction NVQ’s starting from Level 3 – Level 7. Our fast-track service enables experienced workers to complete their NVQ in as little as 2 – 4 weeks. Once you have achieved your qualification, you can then apply for your CSCS Black Card and MCIOB membership.

The Company was launched in 2016 after the founder Paul Judge spent several years researching all aspects of the delivery of NVQ’s within the Construction Industry. With the help of industry expert Paul Kent, our founder created Endeavor Training with the aim to be the No1 Training provider of Management NVQ’s and other Construction qualifications in the UK. A First-Class Experience – Highly Recommended
I recently completed my NVQ Level 7 in Senior Construction Management with Endeavour Training and Assessment UK Ltd, and the whole experience was first class.
My assessor, Paul Kent, was excellent from start to finish—always professional, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my background and guided me through the process clearly and efficiently. His feedback was always helpful and encouraging, which made a big difference.
The whole process was well structured and easy to follow, and I always felt supported. I’ve come away from this with a deeper understanding of my role and more confidence in my professional abilities.
