lost documents that had been signed for by them as received in post.
delays meaning the advertisded 9 month process will end uop taking a minimum of 14 months.
cheap & you get what you pay for a cheap poor service.

Brilliant service, would use again
Everyone was very helpful and kind. I always felt I could go on WhatsApp if needed and I would get a prompt, courteous reply. I never got a hard sell to take up extra services but I did ask about something else, was quoted, and was then left alone. Like I said, no hard sell or badgering. They kept me up to date throughout the process - I was very well taken care of. I would use them again if needed.

Bunch of scammers
I have paid over £700 for nothing, I am now being told I need to do the work myself so what am I paying for, I am dealing with stage 4 cancer now I am getting even more stress from them. They told me that if I paid another £250 that they would sort it all out, I did pay it but they are now telling me I need to sort it out, Please don't waste your time and money just a bunch of scammers
