The product arrived very quickly. However to install a replacement heating element it is necessary to take the top and back off the fire, which involves removing dozens and dozens of screws. The procedure takes about half on hour or more for a novice. I think the fire could have been designed better, considering that most people will have to change this part after 2 years or so. Nevertheless, once fitted the element works well and the fire warms the room quickly.
