'Professional standard' means something completely different to what is expected for this company.
The cleaners did a half-arsed job on our flat - missing entire rooms, not bothering to clean the upholstery or carpets despite this being included in the additional cost of the clean.
We have now been charged again for cleaning services by our estate agent.
Do not trust a single word this company gives you.
When trying to call their customer services team they say 'we do not discuss this matter on the phone, send email' and then hang up.
You receive a copy/paste email from 'Marie' outlining they won't give a refund and won't provide a 're-clean' after 48 hours of the initial 'clean' taking place. This is their policy they don't notify you of until you make a complaint.
They have robbed our money for a service not completed. Disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves.

I made a complaint the day after my cleaning as the cleaner sent to me threw out all my food in the fridge even though I had given instructions when he arrived that I wanted the fridge done last so that I could take my food beforehand. I arrived back to find he had trashed everything, unopened food from the fridge and freezer, my ceramic butter dish, drinks, EVERYTHING. When I asked why he had done it after I said not to he gave some rubbish excuse and shrugged at me!

After sharing this experience with the company and asking for a receipt they didn't bother to reply until a week later I sent another email asking for my receipt. They replied with only the receipt and no acknowledgement to my complaint!

Absolutely shocking!

Should have checked these reviews first. My fault. What a joke. One lady on foot 2 hours late. Took 2 hours longer than they said it would as well. Had to leave and stupidly paid up before she finished. Paid extra for blinds which were untouched. Landlord charged for another cleaning company to come as there was no detailed cleaning at all. Lesson learned!!!

An extremely upsetting experience. Don’t even consider using this company and don’t be fooled by their professional-looking website. This is as unprofessional as it gets.1) they claim on their website to be CLENSA approved (this is industry body which enforces standards) - they are NOT approved and continue to mislead visitors to their site despite being asked by CLENSA to remove it. 2) they scrubbed an A5 size stain on my carpet bare, despite me categorically telling them to leave the stain as it was already there when we started our tenancy. 3) part of my window fittings went missing whilst they were there and 4) when I politely emailed to ask to discuss these issues with someone from the company, I received instead a very rude reply basically calling me an “outrageous” liar. Utterly shocking. After several attempts to get through to someone else at the company I gave up. At checkout my inventory clerk noted that the clean was not up to standard. I’ve had to shell out for a carpet repair, replace the window fitting part and had to finish the cleaning job myself to avoid major deposit deductions. If you go to the CLENSA website you can search for approved members in your area and I’d advise anyone looking for an end of tenancy clean to do this. Whatever you do, DONT use this lot.

Terrible job. The cleaner smoked in the balcony and left all the ashes. Cupboards were found to have dirt and windows were dirty still. I called a few times but they refuse to deal with any of my concerns over the phone. They refuse the provide any compensation. Now I have been told by the inspection clerk that cleaning was not of professional standard leaving me with a big problem. AVOID!!!!

Tenancy Cleaners London did an amazing job. The staff are very helpful and profrssional in their work. I am really pleased at their work. Thanks for the whole service.

Organised a clean, the lady came with a shopping trolley, charged £120 following the clean. I asked for a receipt for the cleaning afterwards. She said she would call her office to say the job had been done. I confirmed in an email with 'Marie' that she would send a receipt, but she never did. Now I can't get hold of anyone from the company, despite multiple phone calls and emails.

NEVER USE!!!

Was charged £120 for an end of tenancy clean...2 people arrived and spent 4 hours and left before I got a chance to inspect. Our landlord got in touch saying they never cleaned the bathroom and the hood of the oven was full of grease.
Got in contact they sent 1 lads out who stayed for 20 minutes and went without cleaning anything!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We were under the impression that this would be a group of cleaners but it turned out to be one lady with a shopping carrier full of cleaning products.

I had to leave before the end of the clean as I had to go to work and the flat was not cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been for an end of tenancy clean, cobwebs, windows still dirty etc. Worst of all, the draining board in the kitchen has actually been damaged by the cleaning products they have used and there is now rust all over the surface.

However, the worst part about this company is their communication. Since reporting the issues, we have received one email which did not satisfactorily answer our complaints and it is completely impossible to get through to them on the phone, 3 different lines which all go through to an answering machine. Despite repeated emails/voicemails, we have received nothing back from them and it seems we have simply lost our money as we have since had to pay for another cleaner to go in and clean the full flat again.

Complete waste of money and the fact that you cant get through to them on the phone makes me think this is a scam company.

We paid for the 5 hour service, which cost £160 and had to be paid up front. On arrival, the cleaning lady tried asking for more money, despite the rate having been agreed over the phone and by email with the company.

Once I returned home to inspect the cleaning, it was immediately obvious that this had not been performed to a remotely professional standard. The tiles in the bathroom had not been adequately cleaned, there were easily removable marks left all over the floor, the skirting boards were still covered in dust and the oven had been superficially cleaned at best. Additionally, they had made no attempt at vacuuming under any furniture, the insides of the cupboards had not been cleaned, whilst the oven was left in an awful state.

We then complained to the company, and they sent the same cleaner round the next day. When I walked round the house with her to point out the areas that were not cleaned, she repeatedly said "no, no clean", suggesting that the dirt was irremovable. I quickly demonstrated to her that this was not the case, and it easily came off with water. I realised that all the "cleaner" was doing was trying to clean the house with wet wipes.

When I returned from work that evening, the house was still in an unacceptable standard and the bathroom tiles were still dirty. We have had to clean the areas that were apparently "un-cleanable" ourselves. Unsurprisingly, this was an incredibly easy task, one which a professional cleaner would be able to perform in their sleep.

The whole point of using this service was to remove the hassle of moving house, but this sham of a company has failed to do that. The independent inventory checker remarked that the quality of cleaning was poor.

Unacceptable service from this company! NOT END OF TENANCY CLEANING STANDARDS!

The lady who came did a basic clean and left dirt on the stove and oven, in the bathroom. I could have done the clean myself. It was unprofessional and when i told her there was still dirt she shouted at me.

I called the main line only to get another person being extremely rude.

This company should not call themselves a professional cleaning service when that is not what they are.

They might have got a professional website but this company is a complete fake using basic cleaners that do not meet the standards of an End of Tenancy clean. The FB page, twitter and all the rest do not even exist.
