Poor quality product unfair return policy

Poor Quality Product & Unfair Return Policy

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product I received is very poor quality, defective, and not as advertised. It is basically unusable.

When I contacted customer service, I was offered only a 50% refund or a full refund if I pay for international return shipping, which is unacceptable. Customers should not be forced to pay return shipping for a defective product.

This company does not stand behind the quality of what they sell. I would not recommend buying from them.

I have not rec'd my order yet so I for sure do that once they arrive. No I read just a couple reviews and see some rather in contrast to my experience so......I had a problem with an order and needed it corrected so I sent an email asking for help. It was very early in the AM so I figured I would hear sometime the next day. It was within an hour or 2 and was immediately corrected with professional respect and courtesy. I was SO impressed and of course responded with the same courtesy they get 5 stars and my full absolute appreciation.

Endovra provided excellent customer…

Endovra provided excellent customer service to us. Our beloved pet passed away before our product arrived (very timely shipment). We informed them of returning our product when it arrived due to the loss of our pet. They could not have been more kind and courteous. They treated us with such care, compassion and concern. I would recommend this company and it's product. It means so much for a company to actual care and take care of your problem so you do not have to worry more than you already are. I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

This was a scam

This was a scam. I ordered this for my dog and was literally shipped a quilted placemat. The return address on the envelope is a storage unit!

Outstanding Customer Service

I had a problem with my order for my sweet dog but I received an immediate response from the team at Endovra last. They immediately addressed the issue and treated my with the utmost courtesy in making sure I was happy with their recommendations and the corrections made to my order. Terrible Company Do Not Order From Them.

My dog suffers from chronic arthritis. I've been looking for different products to help ease his pain. Endovra is a company online that I came across, unfortunately. One of the products they advertise is their thermal reflection pad. It's supposed to help keep your pets joints warm which helps with reducing the pain of arthritis. My issue with this company is that they really play on the emotion of customers who are desperate to ease their pets suffering. I ordered the product on November 28th. After not receiving any kind of communication from them I emailed the company on December 12th to ask when I could expect the package to be delivered. They responded with a very generic apology message stating that there was some sort of miscommunication with the address and they weren't sure where my package was. They said they would look into it and get back to me within 24 hrs. They didn't and on top of that I double checked the delivery address I gave them. It was the correct address and they had already charged my credit card for the product. So, I reached out again this afternoon wanting to know what the update status was for my package and why they hadn't followed up with me like they stated they would. They responded with another generic message not addressing anything I had inquired about but instead stating that they would refund my credit card within 7 to 10 business days and that I would not receive the thermal reflection pad.
I'm so frustrated and disappointed. My dog continues to suffer and now I have to continue my search for products to help ease his pain. I'm annoyed that this company doesn't communicate whatsoever unless you reach out to them and when they do respond it's with a very vague and generic message. Do yourself a huge favor and don't waste your time and money on this company. Their advertising is false, their customer service is basically non-existent and they clearly do not care about moral ethics. This was a terrible experience and if I could I would rate this company with a zero. Absolutely the worst!

Your order was shipped, but unfortunately became untraceable while in transit. As soon as this was confirmed, we issued a full refund to your original payment method so you would not be left waiting without resolution.

We did not state that a refund would take “7–10 business days.” As with all refunds, processing time depends on the bank or payment provider once the refund is issued.

We understand how difficult it is when a pet is in discomfort, and it was never our intention to add to that stress. While shipping issues are rare, we always take responsibility and resolve them promptly when they occur, as we did here.
