High quality bed frame and mattress
From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly. The bed (Bronx metal bed frame) is very sturdy and quality is excellent. I love the mesh base. The Willoughby 2000 mattress is dreamy - a very good night's sleep! My only suggestion would be notification closer to delivery with an approximate date for delivery.

That's great news that you received a 'faultless' service and you love the mattress! That's as much as we can hope for.
We use couriers where the customer can book the date of delivery. The timeslot will always be sent the night before that delivery send via email and SMS.
In the future we would love to provide our customers regular updates throughout the manufacturing process. As a small family run business, this is not possible at this time. One day!

Missing power cable, delivery guys had multiple issues as no connection instructions with bed base as to how to connect the electrics

Terrible customer service
We paid for “white glove” delivery and assembly which they failed to provide - they left the bed in pieces on the wrong floor of the house saying it wouldn’t fit. We paid another company to finish the job. Endurance refused to reimburse us for the “white glove service” they failed to provide.

We are very pleased that you like the bed you purchased. We are very meticulous over the finishing of our products which should match the high quality materials we use.
We apologise that you feel you did not receive the greatest customer service. We always advise our customers with as much information as we can. Unfortunately, at times, we do receive delays to production in which advising of accurate timescales is difficult.
With that being said, we learn from every experience and hope we can avoid any issues like this moving forwards.
Sturdy bed but poor and uneven coverage of bespoke colour
I emailed and requested some colour samples before buying the bed which were sent promptly. The bed was also made and delivered quicker than expected which was great.
The spray job / dye dip on the bed is not fantastic. The foot end of the bed is particularly poor and I would have complained about the quality but then my daughter would be left without a bed and it would all be a bit of hassle.

Can I give six stars please?!
The quality of my custom made headboard has exceeded my expectations, and the whole process of dealing with Endurance Beds has been brilliant. Communication prior to making the order was clear and timely, then managing the manufacture using fabric I ordered for delivery to them and arranging delivery. All for a very reasonable price compared to other quotes. I was particularly pleased that the spare fabric was sent with the headboard so I can make some matching cushions. Highly reommended.

Excellent quality Bed very sturdy. Very pleased with construction. They were super helpful with me regarding delivery, being disabled I need a little bit more help and they were and they were very informative and gave me a delivery date when I contacted them, once the delivery time was near.

Supplied 2 extra bed slats at no extra cost
Supplied 2 extra bed slats (needed for our mattress) at no extra cost and clearly discussed the details of the finish. Delivered when courier said and willingly carried up to second floor. Bed sturdy, well designed and easy to erect. Only one minor criticism, the details of finishes etc could be explained in greater detail on the website.

Great product and customer service
The mattress is great, but there were some issues. Endurance were extremely quick to reply to my emails and resolve the problems, but unfortunately, we had two oversize mattresses delivered before the right size (6'3" long) finally arrived. Mattress is very good quality and will last for years! The delivery was good on the whole, but not without a couple of hiccups.
