Good rates please with the fixed term rate

I don't suppose Co-op gas has a better calorific value or Co-op electricity has more volts in it, but I like Co-op Energy. No problems with supply, excellent customer service and competitive price. The monthy bill is straightforward and (best of all) they don't nag you to get a smart meter.

Everything! An uncomplicated and transparent company who is great at communicating with their customers. Why would anyone want to leave Octopus Energy???

I switched from Octopus to Coop Energy because I was fed up with the awful service I was receiving from Octopus.
I discovered with horror that Octopus was actually handling Coop energy customers, but at the beginning, I sent my complaints to Octopus, copy to Coop energy and someone from Coop Energy helped me.
Now it seems that e.mail address has been discontinued and there is no way of sorting out issues about my bill. Please, the Coop group is a very customer friendly association and I need your help to get Octopus to work for me.

Octopus explains everything clearly and concisely so it makes it easy to understand your situation and make decisions. Great company.

Total scam and what is wrong with this joke of an industry. Have an ongoing sage over the theft of ten thousand pounds by Co-op and Octopus. Corporate maipulation.

Love being able to see exactly what I am using for the day, week or even month at any time and be in control of what I am paying.
The saver sessions are great, also the free electric sessions.

I have been with Octopus Energy which was switched from Co-op Energy automatically a few years back. Always had excellent and understanding service, and have been consistently competitive. I feel no need to move and automatically picked their best offer when the renewal came up.

I have been with this company for 11yrs. Each year they are consistently the lowest and drop before other's. At the same time thier service and website are extremely helpful. This year i had smart meter's fitted a thing I resisted. However I was wrong and my bills have dropped. I have just used all the data and records to decide what tariff I should be on.as well as what to pay etc. It was very easy and simple to achieve all actions.

Everything about Octopus Energy is just great. The customer service is really excellent. I am very happy to be a customer of theirs. Competitive costs and their Octoplus Rewards make them No. 1 for my energy needs.
