They were always happy, polite and helpful.
Do not leave you hanging on a call and always return calls when promised and in 'this day and age' where you cannot speak to anyone and you are left hanging on calls for 15-45 mins at a time!
Usually within minutes any issues or problems you may have are resolved with good conversation and in a jolly manner!
I would recommend 'Energy Buzz Ltd.' to anyone who needs fast and efficient help in finding the right provider - it would have taken me days to achieve what they did in a matter of hours!

I Mainly deal with Nathan who looks after my multiple energy accounts the service he gives is excellent and keeps on top the of the renewal dates and rates. Since I have been working with him and Energy Buzz. We have seen a drop in the costs of energy at our sites.

Mark was very knowledgeable and provided a very professional summary of the best gas prices from 4 suppliers across 1 - 4 years - one of which I had not come across before and was quoting very good prices at the moment. I have to say EnergyBuzz are doing a great job compared to other Energy Brokers I have dealt with over the last 15 years or so.

Nathan at Energy Buzz was particularly helpful and secured the best contract price when our small company inherited a 3 phase electric supply with associated horrendous fees. Fortunately Energy Buzz provided a much cheaper quotation than all the other companies I had approached and were straightforward to deal with. All subsequent dealings with Energy Buzz have been honest and transparent and I would definitely recommend this company. Additionally I find they always answer the phone and /or respond to queries and emails unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past.

In amongst the hundreds of callers a year we must get, telling me they can get me cheaper rates, I get one sigh of relief when Ryan rings me up to tell me one of the contracts is up for renewal. We have been with this company for many many years now.
