Very friendly, professional service
Very friendly, professional service, from sales to installation to support. Would definitely recommend. One small thing was some of the paperwork had to be chased up and the lack of a sticker (yes, true!) during installing led to a delay with our grant. However, apparently that is very normal here with grants and the support were quick to respond at all times.

The solar panels were installed in one day with little fuss. In the first two months I was credited €89 for generating electricity I did not use.

A eddie was supposed to be part of the contract but it never materialised, I still unsure if the electricity generated is getting to the whole building which included a granny flat.

All reps were on site at exactly time…
All reps were on site at exactly time expected. They were always courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful of my property. Installation was fast and efficient. Installers were very clean in their work and left no trace.

Hi Catherine. I have checked back our call log & cannot seem to find any record of your app issue. Apps go down from time to time for a number of reasons ie.new broadband provider, new device or log in password details, all of which involve a re-connection process. Re-connection instructions are provided to every homeowner in their welcome pack but if you are having any difficulty with any of this please call our office for further technical assistance. Can I also mention that just because your app is offline this does not mean your system isn't functioning.

Efficient service
Efficient service, polite workers, could have been tidier, but have to say it was a tricky job for them with panels so far from the house.

Great service for installing but very bad after service!!!
Great service for when discussing and arranging purchase and installing. Engineers for installation brilliant quick and clean. Mine was installed a day earlier as they finished another job earlier than expected. However their after sales customer service is very bad. I sent an email a few days after installation with questions regarding grants and selling back to the grid. Only answered half what I asked, then I sent another email asking about the rest and another question on the back of the response I got, no rely. a month later and two following up emails plus request by website form and still no reply. Very bad customer service. The amount of money customers pay they could at least answer our queries.
