Used EW a few years ago and found them very good, efficient and Grant was well organised. However, used them again in late 2025 and they have gone seriously downhill. Poor communications, turning up unannounced to do work, still waiting on Grant 6 months later due to their mistakes in paperwork and they had to revisit to fix mistake from installation. They are very difficult to contact. And I believe they are losing staff at a fast rate, which is unsurprising. Could not recommend them at all. Would never use them again. And worst of all, they just don’t seem to care and and are oblivious of their poor work and mistakes.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience with Energywise Ireland. Our home was originally predicted to reach an A2 BER rating after the upgrades but they went above and beyond and achieved an A1 rating instead ! From start to finish the process was completely hassle-free. The team looked after everything, including the financial side and kept me clearly informed at every stage. All work was completed on time, and the staff were incredibly polite, efficient, respectful and tidy throughout. I really couldn’t recommend Energywise Ireland enough. Huge thanks to the entire team for their hard work - it’s very much appreciated.

5 Phone Calls and did not succeed in speaking to a salesperson. Discourteous and Disinterested. Agree with the previous 1 star reviews. Went elsewhere. Caveat emptor...

I’d give them no stars if i could. Shocking company. I’ve been back to them multiple times and get passed pillar to post and promises they will sort but nothing is actually done. No one seems to take responsibility in the company. I’ve saved nothing on my panels after spending a lot of money with no grant. They keep telling me everything is fine and fob me off. I should mention the actual install went very well and support person is helpful. I think they fall down on the sales side when they put all panels north facing. I think they just took the easiest route. There are far better companies out there. I’ve since gone to others for advice and got more information in a 30 minute phone call than i have in 8 months back and forth with this company

Excellent before, during and after sales service. Good value on solar installation. Great support when something went wrong after installation, even though that was a power outage caused by an external factor that caused the issue initially. Highly recommend.
