I recently had a breast augmentation procedure and wanted to share my experience. From the very beginning, the staff were absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous going in, but their kind and reassuring bedside manner made such a difference.

A special thank you to Tony in recovery, who put me at ease massively before the procedure — he was so attentive and comforting. My nurse, Wendy, was incredibly kind and supportive throughout, always making sure I was comfortable and well-informed. Winnie, one of the healthcare staff, was also wonderful — so caring and reassuring, which really helped calm my nerves. I’d also like to say a big thank you to the anaesthetist, who did the same and helped me feel completely at ease before surgery.

My surgeon, Dr Reza Ayra, was absolutely amazing. I did my research on his background beforehand and had high expectations — and he truly lived up to them. From consultation to the final result, I felt completely confident in his care and expertise. He also put me at ease beforehand.

On the day of the procedure, their calm and professional approach really helped ease my anxiety. The aftercare has also been fantastic, with the team continuing to check in and support my recovery.

Most importantly, I am so happy with my results — they’ve exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I’m so grateful to the entire team for their compassion, professionalism, and support. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re feeling nervous — you’ll be looked after every step of the way.

I am just a few days after my operation, don’t know the final results yet. At this point I can highly recommend the clinic,all people who are working there are very nice and full of understanding. I remember one nurse name Oksana who was looking after me when I was post surgery and I felt like at home not hospital which is crucial for patients.My surgeon was Nefer Fallico , I can fully recommend her at this stage.

I have been with Enhance twice. I initially went with Dr Maklad in 2022 for a reaugmentation of badly capsulated implants done elsewhere. I had a perfect result, but after some time my left started to look a little different (nothing to do with the surgeon but instead my muscles not quite letting the implant stay in position) and I was offered further surgery on that side and my concerns were dealt with promptly. I declined this as I didn’t want extra scarring and I did not find it too much of an issue. I would still recommend this surgeon to anyone; he is good at what he does and I found him to be very approachable and understanding and he did offer me a solution and had genuine care, which was refreshing as my previous experience elsewhere had been the complete opposite.

Fast forward to 2025 and beginning to train a lot at the gym. I decided it was now time to go over muscle. I got back in touch with Enhance and asked for a consultation with Ben Khoda, due to seeing him doing a lot of over the muscle implants on the Enhance group. I had a consultation with him at Leeds clinic and he was wonderful, he examined me and confirmed I had muscle deformity which would only be made worse by training. I booked with him and had my surgery on the 13th of April. I am only early days, but from what I can see - they are looking really good. He was brilliant throughout the consultations and on the day of surgery.

The whole team at Solihull both times were amazing. I would also like to give a special thanks to my PCC Steve, as he dealt with me both times and has always responded promptly on any of my communications, even post surgery; also Abbie, who looked after me at the Leeds clinic and has always been helpful.

Hi, I had my surgery done from Dc Antonin-Ottaviania, I really recommend him, he is a very honest Doctor, his work was amazing and I am so happy with the outcome. I would pick him again for the whole process, enhance were very kind and polite and I recommend them strongly, the prices are not high and affordable. Thank you for an amazing experience, from beginning to end. Very satisfied. Dr Ottaviania also said once he has completed surgery we are like his family and I can feel free to come in anytime and catch up for a chat or a coffee. These words made me feel cared for and he actually meant it.

My surgeon Dr Maklad was extremely knowledgeable, he got exactly what I was asking for. And has provided just that! I am absolutely elated with the results and I’m only 7 days post surgery!!
All the nursing staff and my patient care coordinator Becci were fabulous throughout. They were supportive, caring and helpful at all steps.
I would recommend Enhance one million times over!
The hospital is also immaculately clean.
I am so happy with my results, I only wish I’d got it done sooner.

I had my surgery on December 30th, 2025, and recently attended my three-month check-up where I was told everything is perfect.

Dr shalabi was very reassuring throughout my surgery. He was very thorough in helping me understand the results. I was very nervous despite having surgery many years ago, he calmed me down. I dont think i could of picked a better doctor. He had the most pleasant bedside manner too. Abbie, Rebecca, Cheryl have also been great. Lots of reassurance nothing is too much to ask.
Oxana at Hammersmith hospital especially. Oxana took the time to answer all my questions. The medical team in the theatre at Hammersmith throughout my operation were also really pleasent and made you feel relaxed. Safety checks were paramount throughout.
