Had an issue with delivery but it was quickly sorted. Can't fault the service or the quality of the shirts, already looking forward to the next order.

I have used this site multiple times now and the experience has been positive every time. I’ve had a variety of shirts from all over the world end have enjoyed getting my friends involved too, Sometimes the sizing from different countries can be variable but it’s always been an easy process to send it back and get a different mystery box. The customer service I’ve received from Ben has been faultless, even going out of his way on my most recent order.

Ordered a X2 World Cup boxes. Really happy with both shirts! I got a Cape Verde shirt, the underdogs of the World Cup and most memorable team plus a lovely comfy kit. My partner received a Belgium shirt that she loves and fits well. Will be looking into a subscription!

Ordered an INTERNATIONAL shirt and received a CLUB Real Betis shirt
When explaining this situation to the customer services team they told me they wouldn’t exchange it and will send the shirt back. Despite the fact I actively paid for an international shirt and explained this from the very start of the return process.

Ordered for my Son and delivery was fast , the shirt received (New York Red Bull) was great quality, packed in a nice little box, I like the fact you can exclude certain leagues/teams as we didn’t want any U.K. shirts so that’s a bonus. I will definitely be ordering more as my son loves the surprise of opening the box to see what team he gets.

Ordered a load of mystery boxes for my under 7s end of season presentation. Ben delivered and then some. Some really great shirts that the boys loved including Borussia Dortmund, Feyenoord, Italy, Holland, Spain, Real Sociedad and Al Hilal. Pick of the bunch was a retro limited edition Athletico Madrid shirt

I ordered a top for my son on a recommendation from my sister who has ordered numerous tops for her boys.I’m glad I did as the shirts are quality and it was great seeing my son’s face light up when he opened the box!
The customer service is the best I have ever experienced when ordering online.We had an issue with the first top as my son is very fussy, contacted Ben at Enigma and it was no problem returning it and getting another one sent.Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size!I contacted Ben again to ask about returning it, once again no problem and we received our third top!
I will definitely be ordering again.

First time trying this for my son who is a bit fussy. I specified what leagues to avoid, his favourite and least favourite colours, and also that he doesn't like collars or buttons. He was blown away by the shirt, a genuine 2nd division Italian side, current season away kit. Still had the price tag of 95 EUR on it! His friends were very jealous! Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

Ive been using enigma for over a year now received several shirts From Raja Casablanca to Atletico Bilbao, absolutely amazing service and very helpful and friendly if you need to contact them.

Nice idea, but the presentation misses the point and the execution really lets it down.

It ticks the box if your buying for yourself but as a gift not so much.

What arrived was simply a shirt in a plain box with a small card stating the team name and the league. That’s it. No background, no story,
The “mystery” element isn’t celebrated at all — it’s just unexplained.

This would be massively improved by including a simple information sheet introducing you to the club and its colours.

The shirts themselves are good quality but the lack of presentation and storytelling means the product doesn’t live up to its potential. With a small amount of extra effort, this could be a genuinely brilliant gift.

We have been ordering football tops from Enigma Football for three years now. All together around 22 football tops and never had a problem at all. I contacted Ben and asked if i could change a top for another one. Ben jept me informed all the away through the process. A 5 star service will will be back for more.

I was a bit weary of this at first if I am honest. But I definitely didn't have to be. I ordered my top on tuesday night had my top in my hand by Friday. I was absolutely thrilled to get what I received. I have now decided to take a monthly subscription out. If the service and the tops continue to be like this. One I will be only to happy to give this company 5 stars. I got the celta vigo away top from 24/25 season. All I can say is THANKYOU to enigma football shirts. Looking forward to receiving my next top

Got two boxes and both of them were absolutely top quality buzzing.

This company have been sending shirts for my son and i for over 2 years and I've never had a problem. The packaging is always spot on and delivery and payment are no hassle. Between us we have over 20 shirts, only one duplicate and that was an Italy national shirt! It is great fun for my boy and I to unbox the shirts and look into three teams they come from. What a great shout!!
